Absolutely fantastic service today. Got a puncture on my ride into town. I googled the nearest bike shop, walked in and they repaired it on the spot and I was back out riding in around 10 min. Lovely, helpful staff and booked my bike in for a service while I was there.

Thank you Matt and Merak for doing such a great job on fixing my Kalkoff. It’s running really smoothly and a joy to ride again. Hopefully I’ll get another 26,000 kms on my bike.

My bike had the front derailleur cable fail. I contacted Two Wheel Industries and despite how busy they were, they went out of their way to get me back on the road in only a couple of days. The bike is riding great and I got a great explanation about how it failed and the overall state of the bike.

Thanks to the team and Matt especially, I'll be back.

Absolute first class this shop and the staff! Something rare in todays world when all the competitors want to do is take your money. Matt the mechanic helped me out at a moments notice when I blew a spoke today to ensure I made the journey home. No question was to stupid and quality unconditional advice was just on tape. Thank you so much for the assistance I received today I’ll be back for a service and future wheel builds for sure 👍🏻

Big thanks to the two wheel guys for helping me on my way mid bike packing tour. Thought I'd set out with fully charged di2 but no!! The guys kindly charged it and sent me to an awesome cafe. They have some beautiful bikes and gear in there so I'll be back, its a great bike shop.

Mav, Matt and the team are highly experienced cycling mechanics and all around good people. Always willing to lend a hand it doesn’t matter if you have spent thousands or hundreds they take the time to explain things and help out. Highly recommend heading into 2WI for anything cycling.

Best in the business without a doubt. Marek will go above and beyond to look after you. Had a spill 4pm on a Friday afternoon and in need of a new shifter. By 5:30pm I was back on the bike. Seriously good shop with great staff.

Marek and the whole team are truly fantastic: They are very friendly, have a lot of experience and offer excellent advice and solutions to suit everyone's needs. I bought my Gravel bike there a year and a half ago and so far everything is going well (customer service is awesome) ! I would definitely recommend them :)

If you are feeling uncomfortable on the bike or just want to be set up correctly, two wheels is the place to go. Had a Guru setup done, feel so much better on the bike , great info on why the change during set up, would recommend Guru fit for sure.

I reside 4 hours away and Was in store over the weekend, couldn't fault the young gentleman that served me. His product knowledge and service was outstanding, something that is very lacking in any type of retail today.

I bought my bike at Two Wheel Industries a couple of years ago and have had it serviced there as needed over that time. Marek and the guys always do a great job at keeping my bike in top condition and are very reasonable with their service and equipment charges. Highly recommended for quality bikes and honest advice.
