Laneway Park

I love this park for its natural shade, being fenced in to contain my fast toddler, water play option with a little garden, lots of random shareable toys, and good natured people that attend.

A small park that is perfect for little ones. It's a small gated park with play equipment and a vegetable patch. No parking out the front as access is only available from the lane way. Side street parking is available. No restrooms though. It has a few seats and covered seating.

it's a quaint but beautiful hidden gem of a park. my daughter dances at a studio close by and my toddler loves to run around here while we wait during her lesson. it has a small variety of good quality equipment and a sandpit with some nice shady spots and a small community garden. access and parking is troublesome but once you find it the very short walk isnt much of a bother. ther is a tap for drinking and filling watering cans and often toys left here for the kids to enjoy. the grass and garden areas are always well maintained and the whole park is gated to stop childrens access to the laneway. pets are not recommended but are allowed.

Great for young kids. My 16 month old loves this park and I worry less as he's less likely to fall off any high structures. My 3.5yr old while still enjoys it does get a little bored of the playground after a while.

Best park in Newcastle by far. Very hidden away so kids get plenty of time on swings and slide. Hidden gem

Took a few laps to find this hidden treasure. Expect to park round the corner on the main drag (not a problem unless you're lazy) great selection of equipment for the young ones, bonus points for the sand pit and excavator

I love this little park hidden in a lane in Adamstown, a great shady place to take the kids and have some lunch. No parking or toilets on site unfortunately, but apart from that a beautiful little park. Would recommend a visit.

A nice little hidden park on a quiet lane currently undergoing renovations. There is still access to the small community garden out the back while the playground is being built

Excellent for toddlers and babies. We watered the garden too, we have to go back to see if there's any strawberries ready!
