Glen and his team are great to work with. Having used services from probably 6+ local bike shops, I now consistently go to CFN.

They’re very honest and clear in their communication, they won’t try to up sell you and they’re very good value for what they do. (So much so that I’m always telling glen he needs to push his prices up!)

These guys have repaired my road bikes and MTBs many times over the years. They always do an excellent job at a fair price. They are especially skilled at servicing and repairing high end bikes. They offer prompt, efficient, friendly service and advice. Definitely recommend. 👍

I have been a customer for over 10 years and in that time I have purchased 7 bikes for my family. Always been given 5 star service and quality advice. Had my bikes serviced by the professionals. A large choice of bikes and quality parts to pick from. After booking in for a service or a training program, the boys at CFN are keen to help out with advice on improving my cycling. I have given them 5 stars because they always give me 5 star service. An absolute pleasure to deal with.

Came to the shop a few weeks ago to look for a new bike and I returned today and bought my bike. Such a wonderful experience that I highly recommend these guys for all you bike needs. Such a good feeling that your treated as a person not just another costomer.

These guys know their stuff and they only seem to sell quality products. They did not try to over-sell us bikes but were concerned that we got the correct ones for us. My two sons got their bikes stolen and now have two gt avalanche bikes from them and couldn't be happier. I even found myself buying an electric assisted bike, so the whole family is out getting fitter! The two guys running this shop helped us select the best bikes . Very Pleased!

Best LBS in Newcastle, great products, great service and great people. We have purchased bikes from the shop, had all of our bikes serviced at the shop, and we also utilise the skills of the staff to help with training programs and the support of two junior triathletes competing at national level.

Glenn provided a quick response to my inquiry and enough information that I need regarding the road bike that I'm interested. I was also surprised at how fast the delivery was. The bike was professionally and securely packed. Easy setup and free postage I can't get much better than this.

Bought 2018 GT avalanche elite today went for a ride I found it very good bike to ride. Love it good price lots extra on it that you would pay for a more expensive one..
