Drift bikes were super helpful and so thoughtful with their service. We hired e-bikes and they made this first time experience the very best. Their product knowledge and range was first class. Would highly recommend this place for any and all biking needs.

Rang up about a very small part that i needed, was a very specific part, the woman took my details, rang me back in 10 mins with the correct answer and also helped me to identify where to find it on the parts diagram on the manufacturer website, awesome service that stock a large range of parts, props to the shop 👍

Drift Bikes have a great range of bikes in stock to choose from but can also order in other models. Heidi and Ben were super helpful in my search for a bike. I was also able to buy a Thule bike rake that had limited availability Australia-wide.
I will definitely shop here again.

Order placed in advance of Christmas for delivery prior to Christmas Eve. Received a call from Sam advising due to a stock issue the bike was no longer available. The Service Recovery from Sam and the team at Drift was first rate, searching for same select bike nationwide, then eventual replacement with a technically superior bike and personal delivery just in time. Really great example of extra mile service and customer care.

5-star service all the way. I met Robbie (owner of Drift Bikes) on a trip to Tasmania, and I sent him some business recently when I made my first ever Specialized purchase - a new Turbo Levo. It was a very positive experience - buying a new bike through Drift Bikes - and I reckon when it comes time, I'll do it again.

I am absolutely blown away by the customer service I received at Drift Bikes! The whole team deserves a high 5. Louis in the workshop promptly sorted a warranty issue and kept me up to date with what was going on. When I picked the bike up Caleb went above and beyond making sure my suspension and AXS components were calibrated and dialled in.
