one of my favourite stores.
There’s always staff on the floor ready to help you, and they’re all very knowledgeable.
There has always been at least one salesperson there that could help me figure out what I needed to buy to complete my project, and they could actually walk me through the steps on how to properly reach my goal.
All the staff are very friendly and welcoming.
The store has always been clean and tidy.
They have almost always had whatever electrical product/component I was looking for.
Items are reasonably priced.
Plus, they have a membership program that allows you to earn $10 credits after spending $___.
10/10 - will always come here to get my electronic goods, technology needs, and helpful advice.

I have an odd lamp/phone charger combo. The puppy chewed through the charging cable and I went to Jaycar for a replacement. It was a difficult match because it had an oddly shaped adapter. The guy that served me didn't give up and went above and beyond to find me the right cable. Not only did he find it, but because they didn't have any in stock, he arranged for the Newcastle branch to put it beneath the counter for me. I'm really sorry I didn't catch his name because he really was friendly and helpful!

I recently went to Jaycar to solve an issue with my Daughters science project. Was helped firstly by Ken, then passed to Jacob. I cannot express completely how good both these guys were, they were simply awesome. Gave us a lot of their time and expertise to solve our issue, all the time with a super friendly attitude. These guys wonderful ambassadors for your brand, I would now shop no where else for products you supply and would give my highest recommendation to others to do the same.

I bought a brass monkey 50L fridge/freezer last November.
Last weekend the digital display blacked out so I could not regulate the temperature.
I called the store and was told no worries bring it back they may need to keep it for a week to fix it.
I took it there and was told no worries will fix it now.
5 minutes later digital display all fixed no charge no hassles.
Great staff great service.
Dealt with 3 staff and all of them couldn't do enough for me.

Always great customer service no matter how big or small the request. An excellent example provided by Kenn just the other day. Simple click and collect order, ready to go when I walked in. Needed something else and Kenn knew exactly what i was talking about, retrieved the item, followed by friendly conversation. The store has been reorganised and stocks just about anything I've needed for any of my projects. Opening hours are great, wheelchair accessible. Enough parking available. Staff are knowledgeable and always willing to help name sense of different options. Good mix of odd bits and pieces, gift ideas and of course all things electronics. Will continue to shop here - love it.

We went to the store today and a young fella called hunter served us. What an absolute legend of a bloke. He could have charged us for the wrong bits but he explained what we needed and we were on our way 10/10 for service. Thanks mate

Came in here early this week, needed a power adaptor for a soundbar. Staff member was extremely helpful, bought a universal adaptor with different connectors, he explained that if none of the connectors fit I could bring it back with the receipt for a full refund. He even opened up the package carefully with a stanley knife for an easy return should it be required. Sure enough back in the next day as nothing would connect. Was provided with a full refund with the young man at the counter getting training on processing his first refund. Very helpful staff, highly recommend a visit to this store for your electronics needs.

Daniel reminds me a of a white dove. The patience of this man is incredible. He worked through my whole electrical setup with me sizing wires, recommending parts and giving me advice on things to change for over an hour. I would feel ill if I found he was on anything under $35/hr regardless of fair work ombudsman or any of that rubbish.

Top customer service - extremely helpful team. We have been using Jaycar for our business security wireless cameras. They products supplied have been extremely reliable, easy to install and deliver the results we need.

This is my nearest Jaycar and I can't remember a time when it has let me down. Staff have always been helpful, even for the cheap stuff.
I'm glad they are there.

The team were extremely helpful, patient and professional. For someone with very poor tech knowledge I really appreciated being helped to find the most cost effective solution, and not being upsold.
