The most incredible customer service! I had a dress on hold today that the lovely store owner had notified me was in stock. I was tied up working all day & the lovely girls were MORE than understanding with my dress being on hold... I rang to pay after close & again, it was not a problem. Customer service like this (unfortunately) is a rarity these days. I'm so happy to have found & supported Hollie Rose Boutique. Thank you so much! X

I wanted to leave this review for the Hunter Valley gardens store - I had the most beautiful experience with my mum. I was looking for a very last minute dress for an event and the first dress Kim picked out was a winner! Kim is such a genuine, kind person who really takes time to chat to her customers! Really upsetting to see a 1 star review left for HR and feel i need to share my 5 star review since seeing that come up. I have been a customer of Hollie Rose for 3.5 years now (since opening) and have found all of the girls at Hollie Rose beyond lovely each and every visit. I've brought the wrong size before on sale items and they have been kind enough to let me exchange which is not in store terms. They have always been so helpful finding the perfect gifts and they always make me feel welcome to be in there even with my children. The service is always beyond wonderful X

One of the most beautiful stores I have ever had the pleasure of shopping at, with exceptional attention to styling. A wonderful selection of Australian designers. Friendly helpful staff who take the time to coordinate an outfit for any occasion, and have wonderful knowledge of their stock. This store is a must every time I visit Maitland.
