David Jones - Green Hills

From the moment I stepped into David Jones, I was enveloped in an atmosphere of extensive variety of luxury and sophistication.

The friendly and knowledgeable staff further enhanced my visit. They greeted me with warm smiles and were eager to assist me with any inquiries I had, providing personalized recommendations that made my shopping experience all the more enjoyable

I was also delighted to find that even the restroom maintained the same standard of cleanliness and luxury.

Had the most amazing experience today like to give a huge shout out to Alexander( Alex) in the men’s clothing suit section he went above and beyond to help my husband with choosing a suit for our sons Wedding

Louise served me today and her service was impeccable, absolutely magnificent was laughing and extremely polite and walm. She went beyond normal service to go in the back and track down the size I wanted in shirts. Left me a great impression and I’ll definitely be back to purchase with Louise again.

I usually don’t do reviews but this is well deserved, I Went into David Jones green-hills with my Mother for a retail therapy mum and daughter kind of day. We had the best customer service encounter from a lady I believe is name Sally from her name badge, she had such a kind and warm personality. Sally really made our day with how positive our experience was, very helpful with cosmetics and especially fragrance. Encounters like this really make peoples whole week even, so 5 stars for customer service and respect and I thought this deserved an excellent review.

This review is for Sally at Green Hill who went out of way to help us when most of other staff at other locations in DJ was refused to help. Thanks Sally for your patience, professionalism, excellence in service. You are tge best 👌

I want to thank the staff from Mimco at David Jones Green Hills. Especially a big thank you to Libby who's gone above and beyond to help me find the exact bag that I wanted over the phone, was able to take payment over the phone posted and packaged it up so nicely. I also want to thank Ayanna. I wasn't sure where the package was at and she was able to update me with the tracking and on the same day. The level of customer service has been exceptional, amazing and excellent and I am just so happy with my shopping experience at this store.

Store was closing but Louise stayed back and went above and beyond to make sure I got the right size at a discounted price. Very appreciative and great experience

Wonderful girls working in the cafe. Even though they were run off their feet (only two of them for a lot of customers) they were pleasant and friendly with a smile for everyone. DJ s please give them some extra help in the busy times.

Have not been to David Jones in years, was pleasently suprised at how great the store was, reputation proceeds it, it was the upper echelon of retail, beautifully appointed lovely range of the finer things. The reject shop it is not. A fine retail experience.

Was looking for a pair of jeans wandering around a lady came up and asked if needed help, she took me around to all their brands of jeans was so helpful can't remember her name it was definatley a different name but she was so lovely helpful and you got the feeling she really wanted to help you ( not just because it was her job). Didn't expect it and there were a lot of other customer service persons on floor but not one of them seemed t o be helping anyone. The lady who was helping me was also helping two other ladies with the same genuineness I recieved. Unfortunate i didn't find a pair of jeans I liked but will definitely return because of the customer service I recieved.

Small model store with better than 50% clothing. Mostly designer but a very reasonable range. Look for special's as non discounted is not cheap. A small range of appliances but a bit disappointed with the poor range. They are a bit behind in releases. Breville have a new fully digital coffee machine but it wasn't available. Their coffee machine range was pretty poor. Kitchenware range was reasonable. The cafe is closed, I think they are missing an opportunity by not having demonstrations happening to help sell products such as coffee machines etc. Overall not a bad store for better quality items.

I like the stores. The products there give a good mix. The quality is what you would expect. The staff are friendly and attentive. Basically just an overall great store.

I traveled 200km to the Green Hill David Jones Store. To buy a perfume for my doughter in law. Only when i got there i was told only big Stores have it. But then the lovley Sasha S. came and helped me and nothing was to much for her. I recieved the perfume yesterday by Post. Thank you Sasha. You are an asset to the Store.

I go here for the cologne and Dermalogica - the ladies are SUPER helpful and are so much fun! I have to give a special mention to Caitlyn who is the Dermalogica lady, she has been amazing in helping me find the right products for my skin and told me all about the complementary facial packages - and I enjoyed the facial! She knows what she is doing and is super easy to talk to! I am a frequent visitor now and I don't think I will find this level of service in another department store! Definitely would recommend going here for professional service with staff with outstanding product knowledge!

A very lovely and friendly lady by the name of Jenny from the menswear department, just assisted me over the phone. She knew exactly what jacket I was after and I was able to purchase it over the phone. Jenny also oragnised it to have it shipped out to me!

I think we are pretty lucky to have a great store in the area, do find it great to browse through , keep up the good work

It's small, but new and well stocked. Great option if you live in the Hunter Area and don't want to drive all the way into Newcastle for it.
