I unfortunately didn't get his name, could have been Eric but not to sure but whoever was in the tv section had some of the best customer service i'ver ever experienced !. Was indeed a legend

Went to Ballina store and had “the best service” by Eric and Brooke. We got new TV, IPad, sound bar for the new TV and a laptop. Both Eric and Brooke were knowledgeable and patient. Excellent ambassadors for their store. Thank you for your care and attention.

We ordered a Bosch dishwasher and had it installed today. The whole process was really wonderful, from the person in the store that sold us the dishwasher and arranged for it to be fitted in our kitchen, to the tradesmen who came on the weekend and fiited it. Thankyou Rob Dunne from Installs Dunne Right you did a fantastic job and came out on a Sunday to do it. Excellent service from everyone involved. Marie and Colin Ballina NSW.

Two days 3 days ago I bought a Dell Laptop from the most helpful girl called Jess. I haven't experience good service like this in a long time! Thank you Jess and thank you The Good Guys for hiring her!! She loves her job, also rare these days.

Amazing customer service Kerin was a friendly, helpful assistant who carried goods to the car for us. Was an absolute pleasure to shop. She is a real gem hopefully she will stay around.

After experiencing all sorts of problems purchasing online (we are in lockdown here) - a valid $20 Concierge discount was unsuccessfully applied at the checkout resulting in overcharging. I phoned Ballina store & spoke to Craig (in sales) who promised to resolve it and to call me back. Several hours later Robbie (admin) called back to advise the matter was sorted after some difficulties. Thanks Craig and Robbie. You are gold. Your customer service ethic is outstanding.

Purchased a replacement dishwasher here. The new machine didn't wash anywhere near as well as our old one and had a few inherent problems as well. We called the Good Guys in Ballina to seek advice and were asked to bring the dishwasher back and they'd swap it over for a different one. No questions asked, no problems. The salesman said "I'd hate to think we sold you a product you weren't happy with. It's not hard to give good service". And they did. We're so glad we shopped at the Good Guys Ballina. A great selection of products and customer service that cannot be beaten. 7 stars.

Amazing shop. Been going to Anna for many years and she has taken care of my family's appliances needs. Anna always gives us great deals and makes sure she is always around to help us if any difficulties arise. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional and simply lovelyn giving good old fashioned service.

Eric's knowledge and expertise in TV area is exceptional as are his customer service skills. Damien was also very professional and helpful re his oven knowledge. It's definitely worth visiting

The staff member who served me was knowledgeable about the products I enquired about, helpful in his information - & he carried my purchase to the car for me. Buying the vacuum cleaner was almost enjoyable?!

Dax & the team are wonderful, popped in from Lismore too get a comparative price and not only did they match they went out of there way too offer us bigger discounts. Ended up purchasing all the appliances & extended wareinty for our new kitchen and could not be more happy with the service. Dealt with Dax (owner) directly for our sale and he was wonderful, it was also lovely too put a face too the name outside the shop.
