I give one star merely because I’m being polite. Yesterday was the first time I’d been in since the floods and I spent about 10 minutes looking at lots of different things but was not acknowledged at all. No hello, nothing. I had chosen the items I was going to buy on the website but I was looking forward to seeing all the new season’s things and really lashing out. If service is non-existent I’m not going to give the store one cent. I think it’s time business owners/staff realised who they are there for, it’s us, the customers! Wake up and treat others as you’d like to be treated. Very disappointed.
