Love this little store! The red-headed young lady was extraordinarily helpful and kind. She has that kind of cheek only the best sales people have. I recently bought a very cute purple and orange maxi dress for a wedding I had. She hyped me up so much I felt so confident. This woman is amazing at her job! Always ask for the redhead when you go in <3

Yvette is a wonderful person to work with, I did workplace at Reading Cinemas a block away and she happened to be very professional manager. I was so surprised to see her again when I popped in for a little browse on Monday.

New review because I had to give them an extra star for the window displays. Someone has a sense of humour & I love it. I hope this continues as it is fun & whimsical (sometimes a little racy which is quite hilarious).

The pricing is unusual as some items are priced higher than they are new but other items seem to be lower than one would expect (especially for designer labels). Having said that, I only really go to see what the upcycling ladies have been up to on Thursdays & fossick through the vintage patterns & sewing odds & ends.

What a great shop. Huge! With so many interesting items. Incredible displays that make it look like a high end department store. Staff were so friendly. Will definitely return again soon. The shop deserves 6 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Easily the best op shop in Maitland, with a large range of furniture, clothing, footwear, manchester, bric-a-brac and books, with more items regularly added. Prices for bric-a-brac and furniture can be rather high, more reasonable for clothes and books. (Op shops in general are in a bind over whether to sell at rock-bottom prices for the direct benefit of the disadvantaged or to try for more income to support their activities.) The uniform prices e.g. for tops mean that $5 is very good value for an unworn linen blouse but poor for a worn and pilled tee-shirt or skivvy. The book shelves used to be well sorted but have lately become a chaotic mess, and in common with most op shops they don't favour vintage items.

Found some great things for Christmas, like a tree. And ornaments.

I enjoy browsing in this store. The staff seem really friendly and attentive. Like all op-shops, with a bit of luck you might find something special.

Some very unfair prices on some items especially considering what the store is supposed to represent. No Lifeline, ratty, crumbling chipboard speakers from the 70s are not worth $50... DVD player for $40? You could buy two new ones just as good.
The same as most other stores like it, it has strayed from its original vision and begun a slow descent into becoming a "trendy" 2nd hand boutique with the thin guise of being a store for the financially disadvantaged.
