Vintage On Melbourne

Great spot for mums with small children, they have a toy table, provide lovely friendly and helpful service. The coffee is good, the bathroom is very clean with a change table in it. The whole atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing 😊

First visit to Vintage on Melbourne at East Maitland for breakfast yesterday. Found the perfect belly warmer for a chilly winter morning - Savoury Mince with thick cut toast 💗 It was perfect, good size serve and the toast was amazing - thick, fluffy and served with real butter on the side.

Other half had the Big Breakfast, home made beans, mushrooms, super tasty sausage, hash brown, bacon, eggs and more of that divine toast 😊 Coffee and Mocha were both very good.

Lots of home made cakes and slices - I had a slice of the Persian Love Cake to take away and I wish I had bought more YUM!

Gorgeous old building which is attached to the antique store and the outdoor area. The atmosphere and service is excellent - I could have sat there all day. Plus there are so many old things in the garden, shop and cafe to look at and bring back memories. The building itself is a delight, I adore the old buildings in the area, they have so much character.

Overall, a great little spot that we will definitely return to.

Fantastic cafe to grab a coffee and some muffins from.

The coffee is delicious and rich in aromas that will make your taste buds happy. It is carefully crafted and attention to detail by the barristers is so good to see.

I’m here every month holding essential oil classes. The coffee is great, and all the food is amazing. There is always an interesting choice of meals, and the cakes are homemade and delicious.

As the name suggests, this cafe is uniquely decorated with all things vintage. It’s cute and quirky. There is a small shop on the premises selling vintage items too. We visit this café regularly because the coffee is very good and the food warms the cockles.

Lovely place for morning tea, great atmosphere, helpful staff and the best Banana Bread ever. Reasonable prices.

Drove across in our old vintage cars to match the one outside and had a wonderful Mother's Day breakfast. Lovely atmosphere and food

The Vintage cafe setting is a walk in the past, with food served on vintage crockery , which compliments the home cooked meals. We had the Minestrone in a bowl served on a platter with delicious toast, the butter in a pretty moulded shape in its own dish, such a lovely touch- not the usual plastic mini tub. Loved the attention to detail. I had to try The Persian Love Cake- AMAZING! ! Had that with coffee , which was made perfectly as I ordered it. Great food and Loved the relaxed old world ambience.

Loved Vintage on Melbourne. Lovely atmosphere in a beautiful old Maitland building. Found some great reclaimed items in the shop to buy and so reasonably priced. Lunch was lovely. Will be dropping back there on our way home to grab a little reclaimed table I SHOULD have bought when I was there today. Great business. Well done.

I called in on my way back from my walk over to Maitland....

A great spot with a beautiful country atmosphere. Plenty of character and things to look at. Inside and outside seating, undercover outside area. Play table and toys for young ones. Our lunch was amazing for myself and little one.

Nicely decorated coffee shop with a collection of trinkets, some of which are available for purchasing. Options of dinning in or outdoors in the courtyard. The coffees are made perfect and you can pair with one of the in-house sweets. Definitely recommend and will return in the future.

Really good coffee and great service. Really nice staff and food was awesome. Surprised they didn't have air con working on a 35 degree day or maybe they don't have one but it was ok outside as it's very shady. Very pretty outdoor dining and atmosphere inside and out.

Great vibes, great people. It's nice to go somewhere where the staff are always the same and welcome you. My family and I love to go for breakky and play noughts and crosses. Sad to see the croissants go, but they were happy to make little ham and cheese sandwiches for my kids 😊

What a lovely, quaint little Cafe, its full of old china & wares to look at but, it's not crammed full & over done, the man who took our order was friendly & helpful, explaining what each of the lovely cakes & slices that were on display, we walked thru to the back & outside & sat at a table in the warm sunshine, there are about 3 or 4 different spots to sit, inside & outside, our coffee came in mugs, love that, not keen on cups, I had a slice of the Persian cake & my friend the Chocolate Browne's, both came with fresh cream & mine was warm with crushed pistachio nuts on top, we enjoyed both the coffee & slices, will definitely be going back & taking other friends there for some more relaxing & layed back time in amongst all the old things of times gone by 😊
