An excellent firm to deal with. Starting with Lisa in sales where she was extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Wayne (The Boss ) gave us a very reasonable quote and Mick the installer was outstanding. He did a superb job and was very professional in the way he tackled a big job. This company gives good old fashioned service !!!

Awesome service in the showroom! You can tell the team enjoy what they do and are very enthusiastic and knowledgeable. I felt welcome from the moment I stepped into the shop and the staff were very helpful.

As a side note - I have previously been to other “big name brand” stores in the area a few years prior and been met with barely a smile and more like a sigh and gritted teeth when requesting a quote!

Wayne was lovely when he came to our house to measure and we received the quote promptly. Everyone on the phone at Oslands has been very patient/helpful when I wanted to clarify information and prompt in revising paperwork.

Lastly our installer Ray and his crew did an impeccable job, they worked super hard and fast and best of all I am thrilled with the results. Floors and staircase look fabulous!

Explicit instructions were also provided via email from the office literally after the installers walked out the door regarding the care of our flooring which I really appreciated.

I know it sounds like I am raving on this review and that is because I am so impressed. Would give 6 stars if possible! Thank you Oslands!

Wayne and his team were recommended to us by our builder and did an amazing job on the flooring of the renovation. They were lovely to deal with, gave some great advice in regards to floor choice and colours and did an amazing job on the installation of our flooring, especially given the original flooring was quite challenging to work with. The end result was amazing and we couldn't be happier.
Special thanks to Wayne for making a huge effort to fit us in before Christmas which meant we were able to move in as soon as possible.

From the time we walked into the showroom & met Wayne, to the completion of the flooring of our whole house, we were happy with their friendly service & advice. Wayne was not out to just sell you their products, but provided lots of information and we finally chose our flooring with no pressure of him pushing a particular product to us. Very reasonable pricing too. Ryan & Dillon (not sure if I got his name right) who came to lay the flooring were friendly & efficient. They completed the flooring & left the house without any mess. Thank you.

Great staff, large variety of flooring and prices. Oslands have been very accommodating with sorting flooring options and terms to install flooring over our lengthy build process- which is still ongoing. Im sure the install will be great and will update review with comment and pics when completed.

I had the team from Osland's carpets do both my carpet and vinyl planks
from the front desk to Wayne himself ,the service and knowledge was there from the first time my wife and I walked into the showroom.The job was broken up into two stages (which was not a problem) carpets first,and they also removed all of the floor tiles so that a new kitchen could be installed, than they came back and installed the vinyl planks.
The installers did a fantastic job, I highly recommend Osland's carpets to anyone.
I was that impressed with Wayne and his team I didn't even bother getting another quote

We could not recommend Oslands Independent Carpets Cessnock and Toronto highly enough.
They are easy to deal with, very helpful and nothing is too hard for them. Goron, who laid our floors, was always on time, most polite and very professional. Goron is a hard worker and can highly recommend him. Don't bother wasting your time running around getting quotes from other carpet suppliers, Oslands are the best!

Found Oslands at Cessnock to be very helpful with nothing a trouble and a great completed bamboo floor through our whole house.Very good to deal with people who are helpful in every way and sometimes a price is not the be all and end all.great job
