Girls at reception are very friendly and helpful.
Trying to phone for an appointment or information can be very frustrating at times as even though it's a landline it tells you to leave a text msg after listening to their msg..Huh..

Never an issue at this clinic. All reception staff are lovely and go above and beyond. I've witnessed numerous times where reception staff and doctors are being abused and all staff have remained professional.

No problems with my Dr Dissanayake. He explains everything to me. Or my husband

Staff always helpful, my Doctor great, if I need a Dr more urgently I can always get an appointment on day I phone. Good, attractive, clean building that I have visited for many years since retiring to Horsham.

No problems here. Just the usual good service. Doctors listened to me asked pertinent questions. They performed several tests and prescribed appropriate medication. Medicare Rebate was available on the spot!

Staff are always great when i attend,couldnt be more helpful i wouldn't think of going anywhere else.its the public who are rude snd impatent..just be nice ppl...
