On arrival in the store, Geoff came over, ready to help and he wasn’t pushy. He was interested to know what we wanted and five minutes later he had a sale. Definitely recommended. 5 stars.

Came in today with my partner to check out some mattresses and was helped by a lovely guy named Lachlan. He really helped out and gave us some great advice and was overall a very helpful person with an awesome sense of humour.

Head in and see Geoff he was fantastic. The team was amazing. Service was spot on.

After going to several different mattress stores,my partner and I came here. We were greeted by "Joe" who showed us the mattresses that suited our criteria. Joe's customer service was excellent and all our enquiries were answered without any pushy up sell of products. Overall experience at snooze (Rutherford) was a positive one. Thank you Joe! Geoff was amazing! Best customer service we have experience from a retail store ever! He asked us heaps of questions in order to help us work out what our needs were with buying a new mattress and frame. He was very knowledgable about all the products, super approachable and an all round awesome guy! We tried over 5 different mattress stores and no one else's mattresses, knowledge or customer service was anywhere close to Geoffs. We have purchased a mattress, base and head frame set from snooze and cannot wait to get it delivered and start having the best sleep of our lives! I recently went through the process of buying my first new, purpose-made mattress. We participated in their computer-generated program to work out what was our sleeping position, hot, cold spots, and it was interesting to think about and understand how we slept. The salesperson was nice and the process of feeling different mattresses was good. I did become a bit disconnected to thinking about what I was going to sleep on when I got home, finding softer and softer options. We ended up picking a firm, and medium mattress that had a thick pillow-topper. When we got this mattress home, we found that it enveloped us, sinking into the pillow-topper. As we slept hot, this made us feel even hotter. My partner was also having trouble with the medium side of the mattress. Snooze were fantastic, explaining that it might take a month for our bodies and mattress to adjust. After a month it was still the same and they fixed the situation. We ended up with a firm mattress without a thick pillow-topper and it has settled in beautifully. Both Rutherford and Kotara were involved in the process, and I can’t fault either. They looked after us, listened and worked out the best situation for us. I recommend shopping with either shop. Dylan

We were difficult customers, and changed our mind about our mattress purchase. The guys at Snooze were helpful the whole time, and made sure we ended up with a bed that we were happy with.

We bought a King bed that turned out to be way too soft. Luckily we were served by Joe who sorted out an exchange and we only had to be pay for re delivery. The new bed is perfect.

I bought Madison Wardolf mattress , fantastic, best night's sleep I've had in ages. I suffer from arthritis and shoulder pain, I woke up feeling very refreshed and minimal pain which is a miracle for me. I bought it from Steve at Rutherford Snooze, thank you for all your help and such a great price on my luxurious mattress it's fantastic I couldn't rate it high enough or your service! I would recommend this mattress to anyone. Delivery was quick bought it on Wednesday delivered Friday, fantastic service. Steve wasn't pushy, I looked in other store situated next door but salesman was very pushy, I went straight back to Steve for his very professional service.

Wonderful experience in store. I’m terrible at making choices and the amount of mattresses on the market is overwhelming making it difficult for me to pick one. Went in and the sales man Geoff asked me the important questions and took me to 2 mattresses he thought i’d like. They were both under the budget i had given so i felt comfortable that he wasn’t just recommending an expensive mattress for his own benefit. I bought the mattress because he basically made the choice for me based on the preferences i told him which was exactly what I needed and made the decision easy. He is great at his job and I’m happy with the mattress I got. Thanks Geoff :)

I took my elderly mother to buy an adjustable bed and the salesman Geoff was amazing he gave her a great deal and then we left and went into another store nearby we were offered a bed similar for $1000 less but my mum said no I want to buy it from Geoff . He spent time with her and explained everything properly. It was a great experience for her from start to finish . Thankyou

Wonderful staff that know what they are doing and talking about. Was able to find a mattress bed combo that both me and the wife love.
Was able to to test the best firmness using that fancy machine.
Was fantastic and won't need to go back for years but would be happy to if I need to.

They helped me choose the right mattress for an ageing parent, stayed open to allow me to collect it on the same day and helped me lift the mattress onto my car - Their price was great ($500 cheaper than other stors for the same product) and they took personal interest in making it a sucessful sale - Great work
