A big shout out to Luke at the Connor store in Hornsby for his professionalism , knowledge of his products and his interest to listen to me describe the type and style of cloths that I felt would suit me and my body shape. Luke asked many questions and made suggestions as to what would be the best choice. I left the store feeling very pleased with my purchase and knowing that I am definitely returning very soon to buy more from this store.

Customer service is awesome!
The staff are really friendly and patient and will help you to choose the best look.
Even if an item isn't in stock, they are happy to order one in from another store and call you a few days later.

It is hard to find awesome customer service like this store today. I have only managed to find a few, one is Joseph's Hairdressing opposite the library (quality cuts for reasonable prices) and Flick and Fish at Thornleigh for all your fishing needs.

What all these business have in common is that they work hard, are passionate about their product/services and serve the customer happily.

I visited Hornsby Connor this Sunday and purchased two pairs of fine quality Chinos sold to me to a young lad who told me his name was Ethan. Excellent cusomter service. Will be visiting again.

Store has been revamped and looks great. The Store Manager was really helpful, friendly and has great taste to give suggestions.

Just want to say a big thank you to Emily in the Hornsby store for her amazing work, she has gone above and beyond for my family- she was missing size in her store and went and picked it up for me so it came on time for my sons formal.
