After recently learning that we could not get our usual dog biscuits for our highly allergic dog (due to a warehouse fire), I had to phone around to find a replacement.
Sky was amazing! She took the time to recommend and check the ingredients of alternative dog biscuits until we found one product to suit. She was patient and very understanding.
When we went to the Rockingham store the next day, we were warmly greeted, our dog was spoilt with pats, hugs and special treats by Sky and another very lovely young lady.
We will definitely return, taking our dog for a special outing 😁

Brilliant. Helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Willing to listen, assist and offer advice where possible. Haven't purchased a lot from Pet City in the past, however after the excellent experience today and the less than helpful experience at Petbarn Rockingham immediately prior, definitely changing over to Pet City from now on.

Came in and got a friendly welcome and asked if we needed help. Staff are friendly and helpful. Wow lots of different animals from fish, birds, lizards, frogs and hissing snakes lol. Lots of animal products. Place looks clean and well tidy of a big place. Bird even said hello to me

Helpful staff immediately upon entry, wasn't sure what I wanted, and had a good help with fast efficient service.

Was not at pet city but Rockingham Soils which is my go to place for gardening needs good prices great service and they deliver

Out of all Pet Cities south of the river, Rockingham seems to be the only one that has a constant supply of Oaten Hay (for my Rabbits in particular)

Great friendly helpful staff.

Last time I was there I was greeted by a young lady (Amy) with the biggest smile. She was a wealth of information and beyond helpful. In fact all the staff were cheerful and happy to help and I couldn't recommend the place higher.
The only place to go for all your pets needs.

I have just been to Pet City in Rockingham, very naive as to what pet to get my Grandkids, was looking at Hermit Crabs, Lois the sales girl was fantastic, patient and honest. We ended up with two mice. Thanks for your time today Lois.
