It would have been a trial of patients, thank you ladies keep up the good work.

Branch front street ATM.

Easy to use ATM located outside of the Branch in the middle of Hamilton.

Had a terrible experience with a woman over the phone yesterday from this branch.
I was enquiring about my husband’s account who has recently died and she was very rude and seemed almost annoyed that I was asking her any questions as though assisting people with these things isn’t apart of her job.
She callously asked about a death certificate and if we had any kids as though she was going through the motions and wanted to get off the phone asap.
Thank you for making a very difficult phone call even more upsetting.

not helpful at all when you get lockout out of your account and there NO WAY to talk to a human
