I have been seeing Alycia for more than 15 years, and have never had a negative experience. She really understands skincare, and is passionate about reducing environmental impact both in salon and in products she recommends and sells. I don't trust anyone else with my eyebrows :-) I love spoiling myself with a facial or massage every now and then too. She also has vouchers, and I have frequently gifted these for Mother's day and other occasions.
I recently made an appointment for my daughter who has started to experience some breakouts, and Alycia was patient and kind and spent time making sure my daughter understands how to care for her skin through her teenage years. Highly recommend!

I was running late and Alycia was so understanding. Still took time with me to complete all my waxing needs. I had a full on morning and I found once I arrived at the Spa to have a very relaxing time and I was getting a wax. Alycia takes the time to make sure all the hair is gone-especially when shaping your eyebrows. I have been waxed by Alycia for over ten years now and I always come out of there feeling more relaxed and happier. Highly recommend them!

Alycia has provided outstanding service each time I have visited to get my eyebrows done. She places emphasis on your well-being and spends time getting to know any concerns you may have.
I recently had really irritable razor bumps from laser hair removal which didn’t go away for 2 months until Alycia recommended me two of her products:
Glory oil
Coconut body milk

These products essentially cleared the razor bumps up overnight and haven’t had any issues since.

I’ve been going to Blue Mountains Spa and Beauty for treatments for about 4 years now and have not had one appointment where Alycia didn’t put in 100% effort to make sure I was comfortable and relaxed the whole time. She has so much knowledge and experience as well that even little things like turning the lights down during an eyelash tint so the client’s eyes don’t flutter make such a difference to my treatment experience!
