Battery World Penrith

A week ago today I found myself at battery world Penrith at short notice and in a rush and a complete emotional mess. Mitch and Shaun were the kindest, most compassionate and helpful men I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. They went above and beyond not only to assist with my battery issue but to help me problem solve some other technical issues. They did everything in their power to ensure I left safely and were genuinely kind. My experience left me in awe that there is kindness in strangers. Gentleman well done. The sincere care, kindness and help you gave me is appreciated! Thankyou for making what was an incredibly difficult day that little bit better and brighter.

Always found the staff very polite & helpful... respect is a two way unwritten contract I guess.
Replacement battery (fitted) for a Subaru car remote was only $6 (as of March 2024), which is not a rip off, compared to other places.

Went in Tuesday arvo to get new batteries for 2 car fobs. The guy who served me took about 2 mins to fit them. Both are working perfectly now and the price was great. Just brilliant.

Staff are excellent. They don't try to sell you something you don't need. They provide advice and alternatives besides what they sell. Have used them previously for a replacement battery. Definitely the place to go if you need to replace a battery.

Mitch was down to earth, very helpful and did a 1st class job of installing a new battery in my vehicle. I have been here before for obscure types of batteries and the guys have always had what I needed. Can not recommend them highly enough. Batteries cheap, paslode battery at Bunnings cost $99 from them $44. Even had battery for my old Sony video recorder ..😁 top guys. Told the boys on tools and guess where there going

A battery needs to be stored properly and the warranty offer in their recipet is why you would choose a professional company such as battery world. Big shoutout to David for his Stella performance I rung up about a flat battery and they were in the car in my location with a new battery within 15mins I highly recommend their services if you want a turn key and go result..

What a fabulous local business!!! A couple of months ago, I stupidly ran my car battery flat whilst listening to music @ about 7.00pm. Rang them & they were there 15 minutes later. Had quoted $60 service fee, which I was happy to pay. When he found out I was a pensioner, he waived the fee. Fast forward to today, the battery in my wife’s car died. Thought I should return the favour, rang them, and within an hour we have a newly installed premium battery installed in my wife’s car at a great price. Thanks heaps and will use again.
