Please pass on my compliments to your leaders - Angus, Luke Harris, Tristan and Catherine. Incredible experience shopping at St Ives Harris Farm today. Generous, fresh produce, energetic people, eager to help and I took away more than I had planned because there was so much there that I could repot and grow. This is regenerative retail in action. Thanks!

Great range at St Ives store.
The cheese range in particular was amazing.
Fruit and veg were in some cases cheaper than major supermarkets.

Market price and fresh product. Real food choices. Great selection of local and imported cheese. Great local shopping place.

This is my regular store and there’s no other grocer which has such fresh produce! Their fresh juices are awesome too! The only place in this area where you’ll find fruit cases too. Their sourdough is pretty good too!

Has a farmers market vibe with a smaller yet boutique product line. Pricing seems similar to the bigger supermarkets for most common special/in season produce. Meat selection is good particularly the grass fed meats and yearling so I try get all my meat there. Only one negative experience was seeing mould growth on a rice pudding. Perhaps mishandled? Staff seem nice and do their best. I did witness a very rude customer berate the ethnic staff for needing to wait as they were short staffed

The produce is super fresh and delicious! All the prepared foods, salads and juices are amazing! They sell the most Devine premade guacamole! The grocery section has tonnes of items I can't find anywhere else. Love it.

Open during Easter public holiday. Food selection in Harris Farm is healthy. Vegetables and fruits are fresh. Much better than the two big supermarkets.

You simply can't walk past this Harris Farm, with its boundless display of fresh and enticing food, without wanting to go inside.

The fruit is top quality, then there are the freshly squeezed juices and ready prepared meals.

They cater for Vegan and other special dietary needs, as well as meat, chicken and fish.

When I was there last week Shaun noticed me struggling to carry my goodies from the store and gallantly took my boxes all the way to my car!

Talk about top-level service; as Tina Turner so aptly puts it; " Simply the Best".

I had to post a review of a particularly touching thing I saw today. A young man with the name of Kamran helping an older lady on the travelator at St Ives village. She was a little unsteady so this charming guy held his arm around her shoulder and made sure she was safely at the top before sending her off to continue her shopping. Until I saw his uniform I actually thought it was her grandson. So nice to see such a thoughtful act. Good on you Harris Farm. You deserve credit for the people in your team

Great layout. A lot of fresh produce and has all kinds of staple items. Good fresh alternative to big supermarkets such as Woolworths and Coles.

Great produce. It's a touch IKEA though, once you're in you need to walk by everything else to get out. Blinkers are required to avoid impulse buys.

Great variety of fresh fruit and vegetables at great prices (look for the specials!) Great range of good quality meats. I also love the dairy and cheese selection as well as their European produce. I also love that I am supporting Australian farmers and small businesses that supply unique products.
Thank you Harris Farm ♥

I love shopping at my local Harris Farm Markets store. The range of fresh produce is extensive and always displayed beautifully. I appreciate Dave's weekly advice and recommendations and the Friends of the Farm weekend specials. The staff are friendly and helpful and the cost of goods is fair. The store has a great atmosphere and is easy to navigate.

I've been shopping at the St Ives store since moving to the area in 2000 and rarely go anywhere else for not only my vegies and fruit, but for meat, dairy, nuts, breads and many other interesting grocery items including sauerkraut. I think you stock just about every single cheese I could possible need and I might add that there are also a number of gluten-free breads on offer. I occasionally purchase organic produce but as I live alone, the quantities on offer are usually too great for my needs. I do however understand the reason for packaging the organic produce in this manner as it could easily become mixed up with the other fruits and vegetables. I do enjoy the fact that you have a few items of produce available that are oddly sized at considerable reductions. All in all, it's a pleasure shopping at your store.

I have shopped here in the last few months and been happy with the experience. I like their fresh fruits section which has many choices and specials, including the imperfect fruits. They also have good fruit juices and I regularly buy their freshly squeezed orange juice.

They also have good selection of eggs, including the organic / bio-dynamic options. They have extensive choices of pastas, bakery stuff and especially cheeses. However, their strongest suite is in their meat section where they stock so many premium meat types like the organic chicken and organic / grass-fed / free-range beef, lamb and pork in different kind of cuts and prices. I personally love their Cape Grim pasture-fed beef, Flinders Island / Jack Creek wagyu beef, Flinders Island lambs and the free-range Valenca / Berkshire pork meats.

Recently they also added the seafood and fresh bakery sections which are also great with many premium items to try. Bravo for the added sections.

Room for improvement to be perfect for me:

1) Stock more healthy dry-roasted nuts instead of nuts roasted with sunflower or vegetable oils which are known to have bad effect to your health. That's why I still have to visit Woolworths to buy their Macro brand dry-roasted nuts.
2) Stock more cut types for the wagyu section (currently you only stock Sirloin, Rump and Fillet cuts) - at least have gravy, ox-tongue cuts and minced wagyu.
3) Stock the premium free-range Borrowdale pork ranges.
4) Stock the bone / carcass and innards of the Cape Grim, Berkshire and organic chicken line for customer to prepare their own broths.
5) Stock more Asian style vegetables for stir-fries.

Love the big variety of fruit and vegetables available... one stop shop. Only issue is pricing is a Lil expensive.

Had to drop by and leave a good review after the lovely service from the staff here. I wouldn't normally review a grocery store but in addition to the great produce and the imperfect picks (always good!), The staff were just so genuinely lovely here today. Thanks guys!

Incredible selection, my favorite grocery store. Fresh veggies, friendly and plenty of staff around the store that helps out as needed. Large selection of pretty much any section you are interested in. Including international.
