The staff were extremely promt, friendly and professional, very impressed with the services of the ED staff.

The staff at Cowra Hospital do their utmost to provide compassionate, professional care to their patients. The hospital is old, NSW Health make some ridiculous decisions, but the staff do their best in difficult circumstances. I have nothing but respect, admiration and appreciation for those on the coalface. Thank you for all you do.

We have been to Cowra hospital on 3 different occasions now (from Frogmore)... on all occasions have phoned through first before presenting (once to Maternity, twice to ED) on all occasions the staff were extremely promt, friendly and professional. .. very impressed with the services of the ED staff again tonight.

Thank you for your dedication to your work and your patients. The tenderness, care and sensitivity you all showed my mother at the end of her life is something that my family and I will never forget.

Absolutely a five star rating just an amazing team of professionals in the pre op area very helpful and informed us every step of the way with our sons operation. Dr Houghton and his team of amazing surgeons do an outstanding job. An amazing hospital all round. Thankyou and highly recommended.

Very impressed with the Canadian Doctor we saw. She was so good with our newborn girl after a reaction with her needles. Can't thank them enough for their concern.

Without being followed up on .
Disgusted by the fact they wanted a person from a lockdown area who also was in a covid hotspot area To enter the hospital as they could not be bothered with escorting me to front door to visualize who was picking me up.
This was pathetic service during covid.
And now will actively avoid this hospital.

I have a worse doctor who was very very rude to me, and the nurses are nice.

Very long waits in the emergency room. don't expect to be treated with 5-star care either.

Have visited Cowra Hospital several times as I'm a local. I went in today and with chest pains. The nurses were ok but the Doctor was rude, abrupt and wouldn't let me speak. Every time she asked a question and I tried to give an answer she would cut me off. She not only cut me off but told me I being angry and rude
My honest opinion is I'd be very selective whom you let look after you After all tha I asked how much longer I'd be waiting and she said to me I am going into to see another patient but still hasn't given me results on my Exray which she have gotten the results for about 2 hours ago.
I'm still sitting here waiting.

I have never left a bad review on google before but my god I have never come across such an unprofessional hospital. The nurses, especially one in particular were so incredibly rude, very stand-offish, and seemed to have no care for patients at all. I don’t even know why you would go into healthcare if you seem to have no empathy towards your patients? Really disgusted as a healthcare worker myself to experience this.
