A surprisingly huge selection of beds and great customer service. We almost overlooked this store which is close to our home because we thought it possibly couldn’t have enough selection for us to make the right choice. Boy were we wrong. The also great thing is they don’t try to push you into any specific brand and have the same prices across all the large name brands so you can genuinely choose the mattress that suits you best. We have been on our bed buying journey for months. Finally bought a mattress! Very happy customers!

We were so happy with the service we received from Victoria and Joshua at Beds Australia. Excellent knowledgeable advice both on the phone and in person. We had plenty of time to try out various mattresses in the showroom with pillows, with no hard sell, no rushing. Kept us advised of the progress of our order and so pleased to receive our mattress in less than two weeks. Very comfortable. Hands down best mattress buying experience. I have recommended them to all friends and family. Victoria is an excellent sales person with great care (I hope she’s well paid) Even after our purchase they have been extremely helpful. They worked with our budget and we ended up with a blissful mattress.

The store turned out to be much larger than I expected with an excellent arrangement of top brand mattresses to try.

Thank you for not being pushy with your sales, instead telling us we could take our time. Giving us the space and time we needed to try the mattresses and being so knowledgable with what we would be best suited for. We were able to order a few sample materials to be sent home, so we could take our time with choosing a material for the bed base.

For anyone interested they also do old bed removal for $65. It is worth the drive to Rose Bay for a new mattress/bed!

When we were choosing a new mattress the staff at Beds Australia were very professional, knowledgable and helpful.
Unfortunately we chose a top of the range mattress that turned out not to be suitable for us.
Beds Australia could not have been more accommodating and pleasant about taking it back and organising another model mattress which we found extremely comfortable and was much cheaper. There was no question about us being refunded immediately for the difference.
The owner made the whole process seamless with excellent communication throughout the change over process.
I would highly recommend Beds Australia who have a wide range of matresses and bases besides their excellent customer service.

I have to agree with all the other Google reviews on this company and give them another 5 Stars review rating. Their customer service experience is simply superb. In particular, I was assisted by Victoria who was extremely pleasant and helpful and incredibly knowledgeable. She made my purchase decision so much easier because of her first hand experience with the products and her intimate knowledge of them. Very rare these days..
If there were more stars to give, I would have rated her even higher..

I highly recommend using Beds Australia to buy a bed. Due to lockdown I had to buy online and I'm so glad I used them. When my delivery was sent to the wrong state by the supplier and I was left with no bed for weeks this company went above and beyond to help me out. They didn't have to help me as it wasn't their fault. I was extremely grateful. Wonderful customer centred service. And always calling me to make sure I was looked after. Also their prices are great and delivery service was impeccable.

The long review: When you've got it written down in your diaries to do list "Review Beds Australia!" you know they've done something right! I found them by simply hunting for the cheapest price on the Sealy mattress I was after, in which their prices were so good I opted for the Ensemble! But when buying cheap and online you accept perhaps you'll deal with some poor customer service and a delay, but much to my delight I was oh so wrong. The staff at Beds Australia showed my partner and myself the best customer service we've ever experienced, going above and beyond doesn't quite seem to do it justice. I won't list exactly what they did as I don't want others to take advantage of their kindness, but what started as finding an amazing deal turned into a human experience my partner and I are extremely grateful for. As you may of guessed I highly recommend this store <3

I was going to buy a Koala or Sleeping Duck bed online, but was recommended to drop in to this store. I have terrible relentless back and neck pain, and was given a thorough explanation of how beds affect your body and guided how to choose the right bed for my body and sleeping style. Im absolutely in LOVE with my new bed, its better than expected and im super glad i bought from this store as it gave me a better understanding of how to select the right bed for me. My body pain has reduced to about 10% of what it was, and is continually improving
