Dr. Raf is a wonderful vet and we are very happy with his service. Our little Maxine was a very scared cat and hated being moved. Having Dr Raf coming home definitely helped. He’s also very attentive and takes all the time he needs to make his patients be comfortable. We will be forever grateful for his service and how he handled Maxine’s last moments with us.

I am absolutely blown away by our wonderful experience with Dr Raf today when my lovely old cat Oscar crossed the rainbow bridge. I did a telephone consultation with Dr Raf beforehand about how to get him very calm beforehand and I was able to administer some oral medications to help him be super chill. Then when Dr Raf arrived, he was incredibly gentle and kind and treated my boy with the most tender manner. My cat had the best send off I could have possibly asked for, I felt so supported and comforted. I could not recommend Dr Raf highly enough for anyone who needs this service for their beloved pet to pass away at home.

Dr Raf is an extremely compassionate man who clearly has a deep love of animals.

We were devastated to find out that our beautiful dog Pammi was very ill and wouldn’t recover. She always hated going to the vet so we wanted her to pass at home with us.

Dr Raf came out to assess her, and he treated her with such kindness. He reaffirmed the diagnosis, and then talked us through the process. The following evening, he came to put her to sleep. He has such a calm and reassuring demeanour which put all of us at ease. He talked us through every step and what we could expect.

He gave us all the time and space we needed to say our goodbyes and never tried to rush us.

Thanks to Dr Raf we were able to send our girl to heaven peacefully in our arms. This has brought us immense comfort as we navigate our way through our grief.

This gift he gave us was invaluable and I would tell any owner they would be lucky to have him care for their fur baby.

I can't recommend Dr Raf too highly. I have been having more and more difficulty getting my elderly cat up to the clinic. She's getting older and less tolerant of being in a carrier and I'm not driving anymore due to my age and diminishing driving skills. Then my lateral thinking daughter suggested a mobile vet and the clinic I used to take her to suggested Dr Raf.

He comes to your home with a van full of equipent, pills and potions - a travelling vet clinic. He talks quietly to you and then he whispers to your cat. My sometimes difficult cat smooched up to him and allowed him to examine her and put her on the scales to weigh her. From then on they were best friends.

I described this to my daughter and she dubbed him 'The Cat Whisperer'.

I can totally recommend Dr Raf for a home vet visit. My cat was old and suffering from coughing fits and I felt a home visit was the only way. Dr Raf was recommended to me and I couldn’t have been happier. He is a highly dedicated, kind, caring and skilful vet, full of empathy and understanding. Nothing was too much trouble and his explanations and information were understandable and clear. I felt relieved and that my cat was in very good hands. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

After receiving negative results when trying to find help for my very sick darling Chuck and somehow through all the horrible receptionists and vets I had Dr Raf’s mobile and within a very short time he returned my call. I made the heartbreaking decision to let my boy gather his wings and cross the Rainbow 🌈 Bridge.
Dr Raf slowly assisted my boy through a process of reducing the pain, relaxing him and waited while I read a beautiful poem before my hand felt his last heart beat.
A compassionate, caring young man who treated my Chuck with kindness and the appropriate farewell that I had never experienced with my animals when they past.
He listened to my heartbreaking babble through tears of fear in losing my boy and patiently treated us like the only people in his day.
A follow up call the next day offering more support if necessary was unexpected but appreciated.
Dr Raf is the ‘saint’ you need when going through this very emotional, heartbreaking loss and know it is not a procedure it is a sad but beautiful farewell.
Thank you Dr Raf for being with me on that day and although my heart is broken 💔💔💔 I will always remember you.

It is always a nightmare when I have to take my cats to the vet, Pepper is very sensitive and she gets upset for a week, having Dr Raf here in my house was great, he checked the cats, brought medication and the cats did not go to the stress of going to a vet. Definitly from now on he will be the main vet for my pets.

Dr. Rafael goes above and beyond. He is very caring, friendly and professional. He went out of his way to help us with our little kitten Lily on a late Friday evening. He is also very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend his services!

Dr Raf is a caring and gentle vet, who took his time to thoroughly examine my pup. He then offered and discussed different methods of treatment that were available including cost and effectiveness. Will not hesitate to call again!

Vet Raf was so patient, gentle, calm and caring with my cat Atticus. Atticus gets very stressed easily and Raf made sure Atticus felt comfortable and did what was best for him, to make sure he was delivered the best care possible without making him too stressed. He educated me about medication and care, the experience overall was fantastic and I will be using his services again :)

After seventeen years with our gorgeous old boy Charlie Brown, I knew his time was coming to a close. I knew him as well as I know myself and this time was never going to be easy.

I contacted Dr Raf to advise me. After a thorough investigation at SASH emergency, I decided that I wanted Mr Brown to be sent off to his next life from the comfort of his own bed at home.

Dr Raf was gentle, considerate and a beautiful person to be there and facilitate my wishes. I said my prayers, held him in my arms until he took his last breath.

An amazing long life for our beautiful dog and a really beautiful peaceful send off that I am so grateful for. Thanks ever so much for your care and support Raf - I’m very grateful to you really I am. Xx

Dr Raf is a highly recommended warm compassionate vet - who kindly came to our home to help us care for our elderly cat. His calmness and expert care was much appreciated.

The most diligent, caring and professional vet we have ever used. He made a sad time for us easy and beautiful when our lab passed on. We now have a new puppy and will not use anyone else. He is simply the best and offers pragmatic and sensible solutions. Overall an excellent service.

Raf the Vet came on Saturday evening to look at our cat’s eye. He was gentle, informative and so kind and thorough with every part of the care. I would highly recommend Bondi vets based on this. And our cat is on the up now 🥳

I've not used a mobile vet before (not even heard of them before this) and I'm glad I tried this option as I can't recommend Raf enough. Having two cats it was great to have someone come to them rather than put them through the stress of travel and the noisy vets. We had a general checkup for them and booster shots done, Raf brought everything with and was so good with them. Whilst our cats are very sociable I think he would do really well for those that are still a little unsure, he let them go to him and was so calm. Obviously the convenience of having a vet come to you is brilliant, especially for those of us that don't own a car.

Highly recommend this service. Our Spencer had an eye issue which Dr Raf treated with at home care. Raf was very gentle when examining and medicating Spencer's eye, and the home care service allowed us to get it looked at on short notice. Raf explains everything in an easy to understand way and made Spencer feel at ease.

Amazing, caring service for your pet. So refreshing to know a wonderful vet like Rafael who’ll take time to give carefully considered advice & treatment. He’s restored my trust in the pet-care system, after too many experiences at large vet clinics who urge pet owners to spend thousands and thousands of dollars on unnecessary tests, eg even in cases of a pet with advanced cancer and only a few days to live. Thank heavens I know who to go to now.

Rafael was fantastic when dealing with our senior dog Sunny, who had been bitten by another dog. He arrived in 30mins on a Saturday evening, well within the time he estimated when I spoke with him on the phone. He was able to staple the would, prescribe antibiotics which he had on hand quickly and gave clear instructions for care. He also did a full health check of general well-being and his heart murmur. Sunny is 16years old and responded really well to Rafael. I really appreciated his thoroughness and follow up; I will definitely use his service again. Thanks.

Raf is the best vet. He really cares, loves animals and treats them like if they were his own. I cannot recommend him enough to look after your fur baby ;)
