I recently had a fantastic experience at the efficient bicycle repair store. Not only was the handsome guy behind the counter friendly and helpful, but he also went above and beyond by repairing something that was outside of the scope of the original service for free.
The repair process was quick and seamless, and the final product was perfect. The store was also clean and organized, which is always a plus. I would highly recommend this store for bike repairs and give them 5 stars for their excellent customer service and skilled work.

I have a high-value carbon fibre full suspension tandem and serviced it at Centennial Park Cycles for the first time. Not only were they able to provide a quick 1-day turnaround during a period when many shops were closed, but the knowledge and quality of workmanship were superb. The result was cost-effective repairs instead of costly parts replacement that would more than likely have been the case had I sent the tandem elsewhere for repairs! I will most certainly be servicing my bike here in the future.

Outstanding customer service. They staff let me try out a few seats on my bike in the store and were so helpful and friendly. The store is clean, organized and everything a bike shop should be. They don't have a huge selection of parts, but I will happily support their business. Definitely check this place out.

In a very failed self attempt to install new brake pads / bleed fluid and add a new chain, I called these guys, as they were very local to me and asked them to fix my mess. I was provided clarity of costing before proceeding and they were able to do it on the same day, which was unexpected. It now runs as good as new and this will be my go to place in future!

Popped in today to glance at bikes as a complete newbie to the cycling scene. The member of staff who welcomed us (Edgar) was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, informative and helpful. No pressure at all. Really lovely vibe and helped me realise a lot about what kind of bike would suit me best and why. Walked out a lot more confident about the whole situation and, having tried the bike out that was suggested as a goof fit for me, now all I need to do is decide before heading back in! Would highly recommend this store for anything cycling related because the staff are top notch.

I never post reviews on Google because I don't like my real name being published online as Google require, but I will happily make the exception for these guys.

Their service and support is so consistently friendly and good, that you will happily spend money there. On my last visit, they reopened the shop past closing time on a sunny Saturday afternoon to sell me a replacement spoke, for a total of $2. They fitted it too.

If you want the latest race seat that's 17.5g lighter than your current one, which so many shops around here are, then this ISN'T the place for you. If you want to buy or rent some bikes and bike seats to take the family out riding, then this IS the place.

The prices for spares and accessories are so reasonable that I will happily buy from there, rather than go onto eBay to save a few percent and then wait a month for them to ship from China.

Riding is such an awesome way to spend a few hours on the weekend with friends. Great way to get fit and have fun for the whole family too. These guys will get you kitted out and ready for a great ride. Great for repairs and advice too.

I took my bike in yesterday for its 1st service in five years very helpful staff. A complete bike service took a couple of hours and I was back on the road. A fantastic job very responsible priced I would definitely recommend.

My bike got a flat just outside Centennial Park Cycles. It re-punctured after I changed it so I went in for help. The guy was incredibly friendly and helpful. He showed me what the problem was (a split on the side of the tire) - which was surprising because I had only just a complete (and expensive) service from a nearby bike shop. He change my tube and tire, gave me some tips on how to make changing it myself easier. He also identified that the brake pads were misaligned (would touch the tyres rather than rims) which would end up damaging the tyres again - and identified that the rear hub was loose. He was generous with his time to explain the issues and then didn't even charge for the labour to sort them out and suggested that I got back to the other shop who just serviced it to chat about the rear wheel. Needless to day - after having the wheel fixed at the other shop - I will now only come to Centennial Park Cycles for to get my bike serviced in future.
