Honestly. I cannot explain how amazing everyone is at Port Stephens Toyota.

From Rachel on reception, the team out the back, Alex in spare parts, Jordan in finance, of course Chris, Khan and Hannah, everyone in-between and the man himself… Dan the Man.

I have bought three cars in two years from the team at Port Stephens Toyota and I literally could not fault them.

Everything has felt seamless and professional.

I had to wait for my cars and the communication regarding the arrival was absolutely phenomenal. Every month I was kept up to date.

Walked in and greeted by Chris. He found us the right work Ute and got the ball rolling. His communication was great, keeping me update every step of the way. It was no hassle for him going above and beyond.
Less than 2 weeks later we drove the Ute out.
We won’t be going anywhere else in the future for both our fleet and personal cars.

Amazing staff!! We were supposed to get a service and some extra work done, but had to rebook for the work as they are very thorough in their job, so needed yo order more parts. But, was able to rebook to have that work done, within 2 weeks, so was very happy about that

Just brought my new GWM Cannon l everyone was very nice and friendly just waiting on roller cover to be fitted very excited 😆

Recently picked up my new car, staff were really helpful and friendly both on phone and in person. Chris was great, helped me through all my questions. Sat in the car with me and walked me through everything, Megan was great, helpful and thorough with everything.

Bought a new car over the phone as I live a couple of hours away. Salesman Chris was great, he had the car registered and ready to go by the following day. All other staff I dealt with or spoke to were also great.

Dan was a wealth of knowledge and experience regarding the Hybrid Corolla I was interested in. He was very respectful of a female customer and a gentleman in his attention to all my questions and hesitations. No question was too silly.

Wonderful sales people, no pressure environment, great communication (4 month build time certainly isn't their fault!) that's continued even after the sale.

Great service. I usually get my car serviced at Newcastle Toyota, but went to Port Stephens Toyota for this service and the quality of service was much better they actually done a full proper service which I never got at Newcastle. And every staff member I dealt with was great.

My Rav 4 was booked in for its first service today .
Staff members were very polite and lovely to deal with .
Service department even washed the Rav while it was there .

I couldn't fault Kalum in any way. From finding us the perfect car, to helping us get it home, and looking after us afterwards as well. Kalum is an incredibly passionate, intuitive and attentive salesman. I wouldn't hesitate to send any friends or family to him, or to buy any vehicle from him in the future. He's really built up a lot of trust and rapport in his industry and personally with his clients.
