He was honest when he didn’t have the correct fittings for out particular job on hand, he said he was able too get them on Monday when the supplier was open but we needed water urgently, he referred us straight too another plumber that could help, hard too find honest trades men like this at the moment

Very responsive to a serious problem with our sewer line. We had a cracked PVC pipe, which they determined with a colonoscopy like camera. They rectified it with a little known process which to do used very expensive equipment
All in all, a very professional team. I highly recommended them if you have an out of the ordinary plumbing problem.

Prompt and professional

Had to chase this guy 3 times yesterday, finally got hold of him to be advised he would get me a price on a part first thing in the morning. Never heard anything despite chasing again this morning, now my HWS valve has gone and spraying water from the pipe, had to turn mains of so now no water. No phone call, nothing, would give zero stars if available. Getting it sorted from someone reliable.

Came to look at the problem then never returned. Called multiple times, gave same answer that they were ordering the part and would call me back. Never called back.
