The staff at the Nowra store always provide great service without fuss. And the click and collect is super fast that we tend to always purchase same day. We have never had any issues with stock we are after being out of stock

Always a great and helpful experience whenever I go there.

Very caring and helpful staff. The older lady that is usually there, I haven't seen the last few times, is a treasure chest of knowledge. She normally tries to help me and carry my purchases out to the car. Amazing lady. Hopefully soon the carpark area will be fixed, and things in there can return to normal.

Staff are always super helpful and knowledgeable. Click and collect is great when you're in a hurry or want to check items are in stock before visiting too.

Three very helpful service assistants. Friendly, answering all my questions and took their time with me.
Car park had some neighbouring construction so was a bit tight getting my vehicle out.

I didn't catch her name but the female associate with the curly blonde hair was super friendly and super helpful. The store is smaller then other I've been to so I didn't know what they had in stock but but she helped me get everything I needed.

The staff here are so helpful, knowledgeable and super friendly. They swarm on any pet entering the store and love interacting and paying them so much attention and love.
