A lovely shopping experience on this very busy long weekend! Helpful, friendly and professional sales consultants who are immaculately presented. I selected some exceptionally reasonably priced jewellery and even though they were on sale, the ladies still packaged them beautifully. A fabulous array of clothing, shoes, accessories and jewellery. The shop is very well presented; clean and well laid out. There's even an essential oil diffuser to complete an enjoyable and memorable retail experience. Looking forward to my next visit.

Great all rounder shop with formal, casual, blingy, plain. Shoes and bags. A great one stop shop. Bought 2 items even though when I walked in I thought it was a resort wear shop. Great colours, patterns and fabrics. Recommend even if you think it’s not for you 👌🏻

Their clothing selection is varied and can be matched to most occasions. Designs are suitable for nights out, to wear to work, or even the beach. They have an impressive selection and my favourite thing is, that I know the designs are not common, meaning that every second person will not be dressed the same as me. I went in to Nelson bay store yesterday, beautiful store, great staff and customer service, great quality product. I bought 2 pairs of shoes and a top. I will definitely will shop online now as I leave in Sydney and never new tgat shop existed.

Absolutely AMAZING customer service !! I placed an online order around midday and it was posted to me interstate the same afternoon. I received it 2 days later. Thanks Pizazz for sending so promptly, I received before Xmas day.
PS I couldn’t find the shoes I bought from Pizazz anywhere else because they were sold over everywhere else that I tried. Pizazz keep excellent stock levels of products

I walked into the store hoping to find something for the “mother of the groom” and I was not disappointed. Lee and Deb C were wonderful and attentive. They put a whole outfit together including shoes and purse. I walked out feeling absolutely thrilled. Thank you girls. You made my day.

The staff at Pizazz were exceptionally helpful in helping me choose a dress as Mother of the Groom. With a large selection of outfits it was hard to choose however I am so happy I called into the shop as I now have a beautiful dress.

Service was so welcoming when entering the store. The lady was kind and often checked in on us to make sure we needed help. She offered knowledge and advice on the products. Left with what I was looking for.
