Everyone is absolutely fantastic. The service is the best I have every found and the range of items is very good. Staff always willing to order in items I require . I buy all my fish tanks, equipment , plants and fish from these guys and always will. nothing is too much trouble and you get great honest advice.

Very helpful trusted staff. Good range. Can be a little more expensive but worth it.

I have to say this place is so amazing.! I rescued a boxer 1 year ago (avery) took her in to get supplies and from day 1 the staff have been so loving, helpful and amazing 😊 Avery love to visit too!

Extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The store is always clean and well stocked and the animals are well cared for. No mammals which is great just very happy fish, starfish, coral, crickets, shrimp etc.

Would like to say a big thank you to Janine and team at Taylor's Beach store. They are always so helpful and pleasant. Today they are helping me again and it's much appreciated.

Washed my male Bull Arab here today and felt very welcomed by the staff unlike other stores that say pets welcome but then left feeling quite the opposite. The ladies there today had outstanding customer service. We will definetly be back soon for another DIY Suds Bath. My BA smells amazing definetly worth the $$ spent.

Wash my dogs here regularly great staff very knowledgeable it's my go to place. Probably one of the best working wash bays around especially the left one if looking at the back wall ( shoosh dont tell anyone )

Bathed my 2 dogs so much easier than doing it at home and all staff are very helpful and always ready to serve yu with a smile on their faces

Very friendly staff who know their products and love their animals (often one hiding behind the counter). You may be able to buy cheaper from the internet but you will be missing out on great socialising experience

Staff member was extremely helpful with knowledge of pet food, and other information. We will certainly be back purely based on our experience with such amazing staff.

Where can I start?

I left my house today searching for some pet food -- small mammals specifically. I'd tried everywhere in the area until I stumbled upon PETQuaters in Taylor's Beach.

Boy, was I glad.

Not only did they have exactly what I wanted -- in a 10kg bag no less, they had everything else I could think of for my lovely little guys.

Service with a smile, low prices and a range to beat any other store locally.

Definitely a place I'm shopping again.

Loved this place great service and NOW it's opened will be a frequent flyer. Manager was so lovely and friendly as was all his staff. Santa photos were great.
