The best bicycle store in Sydney I have seen.

In comparison with their famous "almost a hundred bikes" competitor, Velocipede aims not to rob you off but to provide professional help in realization of your cycling project offering you a good deal.

In particular, Robert, a very friendly, highly knowledgeable and passionate about bicycles person, led me in my bicycle upgrade from all the beginning to the end helping with pieces of advice and quickly getting right components for me.

Now I am riding my upgraded bike assembled perfectly and can't stop smiling as everything works just outstandingly well!

I will definitely be working only with Velocipede and hopefully with Robert.

From the first time I walked into the Velocipede store with my busted rear derailleur the guys at Velocipede they genuinely showed an interest in helping me.…..Robbie and the team at Velocipede greet you with a smile, they are friendly and know their cycling stuff. The Velocipede team really take the time to understand what is best for the customer. The amount of detail they go into with my bike service is great. I’ve ended up over the years buying new bikes, new cycling components basically anything I need they’ll get it for me. Robbie and his team at Velocipede are genuinely passionate about what they do, and it shows.

The moment I walked into this shop I was greeted by a Staff member named Robby, he helped me all the way through the process of my purchase. He showed me all the perfect bike for me and didn’t want to make a sale he just wanted to help me. He was so kind to my kids and was an amazing person all round, I wouldn’t go to any other bike shop in Sydney. I would give 10 stars if I could. I’ll definitely purchase from here again.

Purchased two ebikes from velocipede. My dealings was with Richie who was honest and extremely helpful. They helped with setting up the bikes with additional gear we were after and found the pricing fair. Appreciate the quality of service.

Recently took my sons dual suspension bike to these guys and they did a stellar job. Service was well priced considering the work involved and they cleaned and greased everything that move. No more squeaks! Highly recommend.

I've purchased a bike here for my nephew and recently took my bike to be repaired & serviced. The team are professional and went beyond to make sure my bike was repaired and cleaned thoroughly. The repair was self inflicted on my part and I thought I had to replace the parts but they were able to repair the issue easy. I recommend in purchasing your bike here and have the team service or repair any bike related issues. They will take good care of you.

Overall a great bike shop with lots of brands and bikes to offer all customers needs from beginning, novice to advanced.

Had a bad experience in the beginning of the week and saw Robbie today and he was quick to address my concerns and apologise for the issue promptly and professionally.

Very helpful team members. Got a flat on a brand new Liv Bicycle. Gentlemen were so nice to help me and show me what I needed to do (since it had been a while). Helped with all my questions, and figured out some issues I was having with the bike. Great team and great service. Thankyou!

I had a flat tyre on my folding bike with a 20” wheel. The guys were great with getting it repaired on the spot and in talking with me about the choice of inner tube being the new style valve. Very reasonable price. Good gentlemen at a very well presented shop. Check ‘Em out if you need a bike or one to get fixed.

Velocipede team did an amazing job on repairing my bike, looks like it never had a damaged wheel and derailleur. Team was informative on the expected work and costs associated. Considering the difficulty sourcing parts and ability to get a bike services at this current climate, this work was extremely quick. Much appreciated!

Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I’ve bought bikes, replacement parts and kit online before but have totally reconsidered as supporting these guys is by far worth it. The service has always been truthful, which is hard to come by and I’ve had great chats with Robbo and the others blokes. Best thing I found was they didn’t try to sell me stuff straight away but gave advice and a range of options, they even contacted a manufacturer for me to try and get a part replaced. I still ended up buying new parts, but the effort was there. Also, if Robbo makes you a coffee it is good. 👍

Walked into Velocipede and straight away was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff. The vibe is great the staff don't push a sale, they really do take their time to understand what is best of the customer. The amount of detail they went into with my bike service was great. I ended up buying a bike for my girlfriend. The team made sure we had a coffee or a water and tailored the bike to suit her.
Best part about it is that the staff are genuinely passionate about what they do and why they do it. I Work in parramatta in the fitness industry and have recommended all my client pay them a visit.

Robbie and the boys at Velocipede are amazing! They went out of their way to ensure I had my new bike by Christmas; they drove to the warehouse to collect it, rather then rely on couriers as they knew I was on a tight schedule. Kev and his mechanic team built it up in good time and Rob squeezed the bike fit into his extremely busy schedule - nothing I asked for was too much hassle. Now I have my beautiful Scott Foil RC to place under the Christmas tree.

Recently Purchased my first upper end Road bike from these guys.

Professional, Extremely knowledgeable and noticeably passionate about what they do. Only wish they were closer to were i live, but worth the drive without a doubt.

I been running around a few local Bianchi dealer bike shop asking help to order a Read D hanger for my oltre. One of the dealer did not bother entertain me much as they busy selling bikes. But Robbie and Team from Velocipede help me to sort this out quickly, they not just technically knowledgeable but really value customer service. Kudos to the teams, truly appreciated. Now i know where to go for my new custom build next year.

Even though we didn't buy any bikes from this shop (no stock of our preference), I highly recommend Robert at Velocipede, Parramatta. He's knowledgeable and provides fantastic customer service. I cannot praise this bike shop enough the whole experience was friendly and comforting.
They took the time to show my 8 year old daughter how to operate the bike and also showed her how to safely ride the bike.
