Lakes Tiles provided tiles and flooring to furnish our newly renovated home and we couldn’t be happier. Fiona from Lakes Tiles helped us and provided open communication throughout the whole process. We have been so happy with the quality of stock and even using “second quality” tiles on our bathroom floor to save money (although you can’t even tell and have received so many compliments). We will be back there once our laundry is ready to be renovated and so excited to go through their great selection to pick out our tiles.

We purchased some second hand office furniture.
Items were in very good condition and could not be happier with the price. Well worth a look if you are setting up a new office as we were.

Ethan was amazing. He definitely knows his products. He has a great eye for detail. Very good communication & customer service skills. Great selection of tiles, they made it very easy for us to choose. This place was our first point of call & we didn't want or need to go elsewhere. Would highly recommend.

I walked in with my mum as we are in the process of getting our ensuite completely remodelled. We really didn't have much of a clue what we were after but the staff member Kelly was absolutely amazing. She assisted in picking the shape/style for the wall tiles of our shower and, when it came to the floor tiles, she was more than happy to bring out various sample tiles to see how they looked when matched up.

She is a very personable and helpful staff member that made the experience stress free and enjoyable.

Went in a few times trying to solve a tile problem in our shower. Each time Ethan was a fantastic help and very patient and informative with all our questions. Provided us with a list of trades and all the information if decided we wanted to repair it ourselves. Would highly recommend Lakes Tiles to anyone

Lakes Tiles is the great shop to find a great range of tiles with a very reliable, competitive price. During 2024 I visited this shop buying a variety of tiles. Matt was the man who was helping me with advice. His knowledge about tiles was very impressive. Always happy to help with a very friendly smile.
What was very surprising to me that in the few minutes after paying my bill the tiles were loaded into my car. His willingness to help client to make him happy is a part of his life.
You do not need to go, go to Lakes Tiles and talk to Matt.

The range of products and professionalism of the sales team was outstanding. Fiona was super courteous and knowledgeable in showing me the range, from the cheaper seconds to the most amazing tiles...thoroughly recommend.

Attended the showroom this morning to examine tiles options for our bathroom reno. Tina was very helpful in explaining the various options, giving some suggestions and then organising some samples for us to take home and see how they look. Really impressive service from Ethan who was very helpful in guiding me through the entire process from choosing what was best for me all the way through to getting the order completed. Highly Recommend.

Fiona and the guys were great in helping me select some tiles for a Granny flat reno I'm doing.
Their range of both wall and floor tiles is huge, and they've got lower priced "seconds" / run-out tiles to help with tighter budgets. I chose a floor tile from their "seconds" range for my job. I still can't spot the problem with them even though they tried to show me a couple of times. It must take a really trained eye to spot it as no-one else has either, so to me they are just a really well priced tile. I needed 42sqm for the job, turned out there was only 45sqm left and so they threw in the extras for free.
You can't beat that.
Really impressed.
They will definitely be my first stop on any future jobs.

Friendly, very helpful even let us borrow a display board to take home and decide what tiles we wanted for our splashbacks, very good prices aswell. Will be returning for our bathroom tiles.

Friendly staff and great selection of tiles, better than the big tile shops around here who mark up and don’t care about their customers
