Sent me message on the eve of service , advised me technician would arrive between 9 to 12 he turned up at 9 and had my warranty report back to Hisense the same day great service .. thanks legends

We bought a factory second Samsung fridge with ice maker and unfortunately had some problems with it, we actually ended up having four service calls to fix it under warranty. They we always friendly and helpful, parts arrived really quickly and the service man was here as soon as possible every time. After a bit of trial and error in fixing the fridge everything is in great working order now, we just got a bit unlucky. We are still very happy with our fridge, it was a great buy and these guys have a great service!! Totally recommended.

Bought a fridge 5 years ago stopped working came out took 5 mins to fix no charge. Have also bought a washing machine off them. Top blokes always have a joke with them. Very professional. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Was looking for a second fridge and came across the reviews. I bought a large fridge from this place 13 years ago! Still going strong. Lovely friendly service and no pushy salesmen tactics.

We accidentally damaged the seal on our washing machine. Came out wrote report to Samsung and got it covered under waranty for us no charge!! Repaired 2 working days later!

I waited 4 weeks to get my washing fix, rang appliance air 4 times ( in the 4 weeks) they say they will get back to me and they never do, Had the Machine fix, lasted 2 washes how long now do i have to wait

Refrigerator service call was courteous, prompt and efficient.

So far we've had to ring them for service & then check on parts & again if parts had arrived..why do we
have to phone them.not once have they phoned us.😖 Attitude towards customers..only notify them late afternoon of appt following day, too bad if you're on a roster,their attitude absolutely disgusting. Needs to change the whole staff. That's it.

Terrible Experience. Should not operate a business. The lady at customer service number has the poorest customer service that I have ever experienced in Australia. 3 month to fix the air filter of lg fridge still waiting and LG has advised us the part is sitting in their warehouse but they are refusing to fix our fridge. If you ever get referred by LG ask them to refer you to else where. We are taking you to fairtrading.

Never again! What a ripoff! We paid $790 for our fridge to be repaired, a week later it was broken down again and this time apparently not repairable. Then they said we could redeem our money by buying another fridge from them. Arrived to pay and they refused to take our $790 into account. So now we have no fridge, had to throw out everything from the freezer, we’re $790 out of pocket and no way are we ever EVER dealing with them again.

Very rude poor customer service.
Gave no notice of appointment late the day before 5.39pm. Rang on opening morning following day to reschedule. Receptionist both of them very rude. They said if I couldn't accept that appointment I would need to wait 2 weeks. Rang another business after call to have appointment following day.
Look elsewhere people very poorly run business. Apparently been running the poor business for 50 years.
With this late notice how can busy families arrange to have the house open and availiable for services with only 16 hours notice on a weekday, then turn the customer and say take it or wait 2 weeks. Very disappointed. I will not be contacting you re business I have scheduled another business. Took the great advice from your receptionist....

After the way I was spoken to on the phone this morning I went right to the google reviews and realized it wasn't just someone having a bad day...The lady on the phone obviously needs training and after reading how customers were treated by the people doing the service, I contacted LG and asked for the service to be given to someone else. LG were great to deal with.

The receptionist is quite rude and more than happy to assume she knows what is wrong with your product despite never seeing it. We had an issue with a brand new Samsung washer leaking water all over the floor and she told me over the phone it was due to me not following the manufacturer’s instructions and I had damaged the seal. It was only a month old!! Turns out, after being made to wait an extended time for a new seal to arrive, when the technician attended there was no issue with the seal and in fact there was a pipe that wasn’t connected properly under the cover and when he lifted the cover and turned the machine on, water shot up to the ceiling with so much force it was scary! Unfortunately this company seems to be the only one Samsung uses for people on the central coast. I would not use them by choice due to the receptionist alone. Technician has been great though.

No customer service at all. I greeted the only 2 people on site, only to be ignored by both. Yelled out the back to ask for help, no one responded. Was only about 4m away from the other 2 people. As I decided to leave, the bloke calls out to me and says if he can help me anything. Not good enough.
