NAB Cowra today the 1/2/24 helped and kept on trying until the goal was reached.

Help-full staff

I am very disappointed with the staff at Cowra NAB branch Maddy Wilson. On the 15/7/2024 we came to the bank around 2:30pm to print out some statements, there was no customers it was not busy at all but Maddy refused to print out the statements unless we made an appointment. She told us our appointment would be at 1:00pm on the 16/7/2024 even though the bank has their lunch breaks from 12:30pm to 1:30pm, but at the time we didn’t think much of it until later on we remembered they had their lunch breaks from those times. We went back and asked her if they had lunch breaks from those times and she brushed it off saying that we can change it to 1:30pm if you want. What makes it so frustrating is that she could’ve done it when we were there instead of wasting our times, telling us to book an appointment. And two, she clearly knew that they had lunch breaks from 12:30pm to 1:30pm and are closed, yet she told us to come at 1:00pm. What kind of service is this? We are very unhappy with the service from Maddy Wilson and hope that National bank will take this into account and do something about it.
