Food is amazing, coffee is great. Definitely a place to revisit multiple times.
And worth every cent

Great breakfast menu and price was very reasonable considering size of the meal. I went the hungry surfer as a fulla was hungry all be it not a surfer a massive brekky roll really hit the spot. Fiancé went the smashed avo again generous serving and plenty of avo. Definitely recommend.

Huge food portions, friendly service and a gorgeous view of the sea just a short stroll across the street. The Island Cafe won't leave you hungry and the staff are welcoming and accommodating. Brought my nan here, and while it can get busy on weekends during the week, it's lovely and quieter. Nice comfy seating and they make a gorgeous frappe (the chai was divine). Cheers, we will return! xxx

Came for breakfast on a busy Sunday morning and the cafe delivered! Tables turned over quickly so we were able to get a spot indoors, but with great ventilation from the door. Decor surf and class. The lineup moved well and the menu was fabulous. Two of our party had The Big Bombie which had everything and was delicious. The staff are of special note as they all kept smiling and were kind and helpful despite the busy crowd. Don’t miss it!

Been multiple times here. The chicken burger is really really good. Great breakfast burger and poke bowl too.

Great cafe. Food is excellent and the staff were soo lovely especially Shanee. Went back for breakfast the next day because it was so good.

Such good food for good prices. Not the basic stuff at most cafes and prices were so reasonable. Very pleasantly surprised! Lovely staff. Will for sure be back!

Wow, what a great discovery! Visiting Norah Heads for the first time, we found this cafe. Ordered the big breakfast to share between the two of us and 2 large coffees. I have been to many cafes( and I mean many) and this has the be the best big breakfast 🍳 I have enjoyed! Very generous serving and everything was fresh, top quality and perfectly cooked. The coffee ☕ was nice too (my wife is always very observant in checking what brand of almond milk is used). Looking forward to returning to the area, at least in order to try their lunchtime meals. Service was top notch too. Well done to the owners for running a great cafe.

Staff although busy were welcoming and friendly. The girls also looked organised, which I appreciate as it’s nice to be surrounded by a calm, friendly environment whilst enjoying some much needed time out.

Went for lunch, they had a great amount of Gluten free options. The specials board had a really nice Sushi bowel, this was vegan and tasted amazing. Staff were friendly and very helpful. We will return for sure

Lovely people & service. The food was delicious & the staff very friendly.

On a side note, we want to thank everyone there as our dog was attacked by another dog that was roaming the streets. Everybody there was so helpful and made sure we were ok. Thank you to everyone who helped ripped the dog off of ours. There was no way our daughter & I could have done it on our own.

went there pretty close to close to get some hot chips and the girl there was so sweet, they also gave me such a big portion, she commented on my band tattoo and a few mins later there was a song playing from that band!! was a lovely experience

I'm a local and have loved this Cafe. This morning I decided to try an iced chocolate instead of the usual, always perfectly made coffee. It was to die for. No chocolate syrup, it's made with real chocolate powder, then served with pride and joy. Don't miss this gem.
