Westpac Branch Cowra

Had to visit the Cowra Branch today to verify an email my wife had received, what an unhappy place this is, the ATM was not working and after waiting in a queue for over 15 minutes was finally served, but not before a young man had lost the plot and thrown abuse at the one teller who was working.
It was a fair statement by the young man as this branch closes for Lunch every day but on a Monday morning has only one teller on the job and a queue halfway to the door.
The one teller was doing everything including teaching someone else how to do the job, the sad part is the enquiry counter was closed and this one teller had to be everything to all the customers.
She handled the abuse well, but have never been put into this situation in the first place.
After the abuse the Manager Mr Mark Kemsley finally came to the counter and opened up as teller No 2, why he did not do that in the first place amazes me?
His face was like a sour lemon taste and maybe these type of people should not be in the front line these days anyway.
But as the young man said, put some staff on or have relief staff ready if someone does not turn up for work for the day.
Obiously this man does not have an hour to spare whilst the Bank could not have cared less.
Glad I am not a customer here.
