A really great experience! Bought their “classic” bike which is superb and really well designed. The price is really fantastic! Bought it at their warehouse in Revesby and the company owner was so friendly and available. He setup the bike in all details and gave me a bunch of freebies. The bike rides fantastically, I couldn’t find anything like it on the market. Great job Nixeycles!

Bought the Factory 7. Great quality bike for the price. Had a small dent in the front rim. After a quick call with Yexin another front wheel was shipped free of charge. Excellent customer service 👍

Firstly, being able to get a bike in 2 days from the purchase was phenomenal.
Secondly, I was able to get a repair on a mistake that I did and had no knowledge on. I was able to get a new part with no warranty, just shows how much they care for their customers.
Thirdly, having fast replies on their emails was an outstanding job.

Bought a Keeka for my lady for Christmas, and as a past bike shop owner was very impressed at the quality and value right down to a well written owners manual. These are excellent beginners bikes, and great value. A bit of tweaking the 3 speed gear ratio ( they are always too tall ) and brake pad upgrades and my girl has an exceptional casual ride, but still impressive right out of the box.

Nixeycles has an amazing customer service, great selection and a competative pricing. Yexin is such a gentleman and it was very pleasant. I absolutely lovvveeee the designs of the bikes, i am yet to try them out and will update once i have :)

I originally ordered an eviva bike without fully understanding the size of the bike .. the following day i rang yexin and told him that im only 5ft tall and want to make sure that i get the right size of bike and realised the eviva is waaay too big for me which i ended getting the dalili instead.. yexin helped me straight away with my order and fixed it for me and 2 days later my bicycle arrived. Im very happy with the service. :) the next day i took my bicycle at my local bike shop to help me assamble it and the mechanic just told me few things "it's a good quality bike, it has good parts" which made me so happy to hear from a mechanic itself.

With regards to the size of the bike cause i got the dalili which has 24inch wheels, smaller than a usual bikes around which is 26" its just right for my size not too small not too big its the perfect fit for me it doesnt look awkward to me too. I reckon this bike is good for girls size up to 5'2 or 5'3? (Just my opinion)and wouldnt look awkward at all. The seat height im 5ft tall but using the lowest height of the seat and im still tip toeing if my butt is sitting on the sadle.

Over all im very happy with my purchase yexin is very helpful answering my facebook messages and my phone calls. :)

Amazing customer service and product! The staff at Nixecycles are really kind, honest and happy to help however they can. The bike (I bought the FactorySIX) and parts are popular brand components and are fantastic quality. This is a passionate company and will definitely shop again in the future!

The service was amazing! Such a nice guy and everything went very smoothly. He assembled my bike quicker than i expected, and im in love with my new bike!

Came down today asking for any fixes available for a problem I have with the crank arms. He walked me through what he will need to check so he can get a replacement and why he won’t do other methods like putting a insert in for the broken threads. Definitely going to come back to see him so he can repair the tricycle and recommend him to others.

Ordered my first Fixie at 10am and it was delivered by 2 that afternoon. the owner of the company was extremely helpfull and handled all of my noobish questions. I couldn't recommend these guys any more. great company and a fantastic service. will definitely come back for my next bike.
