Not a single bad experience in the past 3-4 years. That tells everything.
I brought almost the whole family to Chi Link, mum, dad, aunt, and even my partner to Chi Link and they always feel happy coming out. When an Asian brings the whole family to the place for something, you know that place is damn good.
If you don't know who to choose, I've been with these names and they're all great: Alice, Anna and Anne for stronger pressure, Cecilia and Joy for relaxation.

I have been to both stores in Hornsby Westfield and I highly recommend them. I unfortunately didn’t get the name of the massage therapist but he was so gentle. Perfect pressure and comfort. I’m walking on a cloud with stress “knots” gone. Will be back :)

Kevin is really good massageur and he pressed all the right "knotts" , especially he "fixed" my right knee!
2 weeks ago I couldn't walk, but
Kevin convinced me to do the dry needling and I could walk without pain 90 minutes later. That was my first time doing needling and I'm glad I did it...
This will be my favorite massage place now. Highly recommended .

I had George and he was fantastic. Reassuring and was able to work on my troubled areas really well. I used a tiger balm cream for an additional $5 which I don’t really think was worth it. But for $5 extra I’m not complaining.

I’ve been a few times here now and always been happy with the service and results. The acupuncture and remedial massage is well priced and overall a good experience.

Out of all the massage places in Hornsby, I really recommend Chi Link in regards to prices and the quality of massages! They have two locations at Hornsby Westfield; level 2 opposite the Post office and Level 3 opposite David Jones. Both are great but I prefer the one on Level 3 because my favourite Masseuse is there (will not say because I’m scared everyone will go to them haha). I’ve been to all the massage place in Hornsby, including the expensive ones and I’ve stuck with this one. They do health fund rebates as well.

Over the years, I really think the customer service has improved. I remember in the early days it was quiet unfriendly, but now it’s excellent! They are quiet hygienic but obviously I’m not sure what happens in back. I always look to see if they wash their hands after massaging a client and then serving me, but my masseuse does this so I have no problem. Although, I have once had a masseuse use gloves whilst doing a foot massage which was honestly not great but I don’t think they do that anymore.

They have a 10 minute policy where if you think your masseuse isn’t suited for your needs, you can ask to change. They offer lots of services. Their $10 for 10 minute massage is what I think sets them apart from other massage places in Hornsby. Although 10 mins might be a short period, they do it so good and worth it if you just want a quick massage.

I have visited Chi-link a couple of times now and I cannot fault it.
The masseuse always asks if the pressure is ok and where is sore.
They are friendly and ask the right questions.
The prices are on par with other places and they take health fund cards on the spot.

I would highly recommend Kevin! He gives the best massage! The facility is clean and nice and the reception staff are all friendly 👍

Only ever had the 10 minutes head, neck and shoulder massage for $10 but can highly recommend it. Friendly staff too. Give them a try.

I have had many massages in my life and George at Chi-Link gives one of the better theraputic massages I have had. Really good pressure. Didn't want to get up from the table.

Therapist Payam is the absolute best. Amazing technique excellent English and feels and sorts out the problem areas. Highly recommended.
