The staff are always very helpful and have a smile on their face. The only thing you can hopeful is that they keep the chemist that they have now .they have swapped and changed chemist that many times it’s a joke but I think they seem to have their act together now.

After visiting this chemist many times over a long period, I have only recently asked for some medicine that was considered 'on the record'. Drivers licence required, etc. that's fine with me, I have a condition that sometimes requires that medication so take my details no issue. However I was made out as a criminal and belittled as much as possible by the older female pharmacist, loudly and abruptly in front of the entire store of customers. I regretted putting up with her disgusting behaviour in order to fill my order as I was in need of medication before heading overseas. This is my local chemist, and the girls on the front counter were always 10 out of 10 friendly. But I've stopped coming for anything. They won't get a cent from me now. I go to Koche at Terrigal now and they are amazing, cheaper and so friendly.
Most days,I stop at the fruit shop and IGA next to this chemist I see they are slowly winding down their business and look about on the verge of closing their doors. Have fun with that and I'll be avoiding you forever. Bye.

Go elsewhere for your pharmacy needs.
The Pharmacist is unhelpful, obstructive and dismissive and the dispensing staff member is just as difficult to deal with.
The Pharmacist and dispensing staff member discussed my circumstances in front of all customers present in the shop without any concern for my confidentiality.
If you want a service that is beneficial shop elsewhere, or be prepared to meet with many challenges from the current staff in the dispensary that were unnecessary and extremely distressing.

Outrageous pricing. Filled a script which is normally $9.99 this pharmacy charged $18.99! Never again. And claiming they are a discount chemist is not true in my experience.

I found the experience at this chemist shop the most galling experience of my life. The chemist behind the counter when questioned about the massive difference in pricing for a non PBS supported prescription from one month to another decided to berate in absentia an elderly locum chemist to her assistant behind the counter.

She further complained out loud in front of other customers that the previous sale price was below her cost price. I suggested I had no evidence of this. After waiting ten minutes she offered me my previous invoice and repeat prescription back. She further went on to explain that she was the manager and she would be sacked if she honoured the price on the previous invoice. Additionally, she said she would be sacking the elderly weekend locum chemist who supposedly, incorrectly priced my previous prescription. I feel awkward that I know this fact before he does. If there is any way I can support him I will willingly do.

I find this whole episode unprofessional in the extreme. I feel sorry for the chemist who offered me the discount and do apologise for the dilemma and loss of income he may suffer.

While marketing their credentials as a discount chemist nothing could be further from the truth. Prices seemed the same or more expensive than the average.

Very judgemental when I enquired about an emergency contraceptive pill, last year - tactless treatment from the woman pharmacist who had no concept of discreetness, made no effort to lower voice and speak privately, had judgemental tone and pushed ahead with verbally asking the most intrusive and irrelevant details about my private life or insisting I write it down on a form - I left due to her nosy insistence on obtaining irrelevant private information about me and was in tears afterwards

Very disappointing, will never go there again. Their vita gummies are fake. They tried to make me buy sugar free vita gummies.
