We went shopping today for a baby pram and Rachel and Jan were so helpful, professional and kind.
As soon as Jan saw us in the isle, straight away offered assistance, then Rachel came along.
They were so patient answering all our questions and gave us the best tips and infor about the different prams available.

I had just arrived from an exhausting trip away when I needed 2 urgent items from the Bankstown baby bunting.It was easy to find,the store was fresh and the sales assistant was helpful at the register.I would recommend shopping there.

Honestly had the best experience at Baby Bunting in Bankstown. The atmosphere was amazing. You ladies go above and beyond to help us mothers and fathers to be. We went shopping on a busy day- Boxing Day and we were approached by many staff and we approached staff and they were all happy to help us and educate us on the products. No matter how many questions we had, you all helped us and were so patient and friendly toward us. We started off buying a car seat and a breast pump and had zero idea how anything works and we had lovely ladies educate us and help us make our decision. Even the ladies at the front desk when purchasing were amazing. Thank you so much for your help, it means so much to us especially being first time parents with zero clue and it can be overwhelming to walk in a big store and know nothing. But you all gave us confidence walking around and having ideas of baby products. We can not wait to go back there and purchase more baby items. You ladies deserve a lot more then just good feedback 💖

New store in Bankstown. They have huge range of products on display including baby car seats and prams. Staff is very friendly and gives you an honest advise. They have toilets and parents room at this location which is quite rare at these type of stores.

The team were so patient with the faulty Britax seat, helped me sort out my exchange and gave a loan seat (which they spent time cleaning ) in the meantime then arranged for another car seat installation. Thank you so much to the workers especially Suzie she was so sweet and helpful even in a stressful and time consuming situation.

Baby Bunting isn’t usually my favorite place to shop as staff is quite neglectful. However, yesterday we were so surprised by Mayura. She explained everything so well and accompanied us for a considerable amount of time to answer our questions regarding car seats. We are first time parents and really don’t have good knowledge about what to buy and expect. We didn’t make any purchases at spot yesterday but we definitely learned a lot from her and have decided which model to buy now.

I'm always lucky in this store! Staff are generally lovely and they seem to have what I need.

All the staff were helpful in letting me try many car seats out in our car. There were a couple of standout staff members who just really made me feel like coming back there to purchase a car seat. I ended up finding a very good deal online from another retailer which they matched. This saved me waiting for delivery as the retailer was inter state. Thanks to the staff members who made my shopping trips worthwhile!

I went in last night and a staff member outside having her break saw me and knew exactly what I needed! Very initiative and well prepared staff member, sorry don't know her name 🤦🏼‍♀. The staff member on the front desk was very helpful and polite awesome customer service. The floor manager helped me to my car with my daughter's car seat without asking me, very initiative. Her great communication and that beautiful smile just made my night. Definitely shopping there again, they price match without hesitation. Best customer service, best staff and reasonable prices value for money. Don't shop elsewhere come to this store, honestly you will be happy!

Couldn't be happier with my experience. It was my first time at the bankstown store and i had come in with absolutely no idea what i was looking for or how to purchase off my friends gift registry. Meg (if i remember her name correctly) was the staff member who helped me and she was absolutely amazing. She helped me with everything i asked for and went above and beyond to make my experience as easy as possible. She was bright and happy and her attitude made my day. All the staff members were kind and helpful and i couldn't recommend this store higher. Thanks for the great experience girls!

Amazing service. First visit. The service we received by Sara was truly above and beyond!

Jessica was so lovely, she came over and spent all the time I needed to walk me through the stroller options, made sure it suited my lifestyle and educated me on best options for our upcoming overseas trip. We had our baby seat installed today by Wafa. Wafa was super helpful and very thorough with her work. She expertly answered our questions and was very friendly to deal with. My husband and I walked in there browsing in preparation for our first child and the ladies working there provided excellent customer service with a smile especially Sara (she’s the weekend manager I think). Sara spent a lot of time with us showing us the different prams available. Well done team and we’ll definitely be back!

I've bought quite a few things from this store and the customer service has been great. I had a Tommee tippee steriliser starter set, the single bottle warmer short circuited but it was so easy to exchange it. I've rarely had any issues with things I've bought but if I do it's always handled well.
