Pedal Patch Bikes

Excellent experience. I had my trek bike assembled here after ordering it online, and a few days later it was assembled perfectly. Very friendly staff, and they were happy to assist me with any questions and bike add-ons. They even helped secure the bike on my ute to take it home. Highly recommended!

I found Pedal Patch on google, I needed a tube and tyre for my son's bmx. Walked into this shop plenty of parking outside and side street. Was approached by the owner who I spoke to beforehand. Very friendly and knowledgeable person who explained to me the different types of brand tyres he had. We choose the maxxis and my son wanted pegs as well. His young son come over and was talking to my son about pegs and what he had on his bmx. customer service A+++.
What really suprised me is I was only planning to buy I tube and one tyre so I only took $100 cash. Ended up with 2 tyres tube and pegs. The total bill was $120. I offered to transfer the $20 but the owner has trust in people and told me just come back on Monday. I walked back to my car and found $20 in change and paid the bloke really impressed by this local small business and will definitely go there again.

Took in my bike to get repaired after super rough ride: Front wheel completely smashed, loose bearings, creaky noises, failed breaks, etc. At this time though I was unsure of which shop to take my bike in to get it repaired because I've had some bad experiences at other bike stores where they overcharge and barely do a good job on servicing the bike. I'm so glad I took it in at Pedal Patch though because their customer service, passion and knowledge about mountain biking is out of this world. What I really love about them too is that there's no BS with them. They will tell you the truth and recommend you on things through their own experiences. They also have a great range of products and all reasonably priced too.

When I got my bike back this weekend, which was completed at a reasonable charge and set of time, I couldn't believe the amount of work that they went into it. They truely went above and beyond in fixing up the bike and explained to me on the day all the issues that they fixed, and how to avoid these issues from occurring again. When I took it out for a ride yesterday, it felt like a new bike if not better. I'm glad that I did some upgrades through this shop as well, particularly the new maxxis tires because it took my riding experience to a whole another level. During my ride too, I felt so safe knowing that Nick and the team worked on it and did the best they could to fix everything up.

New to the area and came across Pedal Patch Bike. Brought my bike in for a bike fit, new pedals and a service. Great customer service from Nick and Josh. Nick really took care of me when it came to my bike fit, my form and giving me tips. From that experience, I brought in my hybrid bike for servicing as well. They gained a loyal customer! Thank you guys!

Came in to have brakes bled. Owner was super welcoming and spent a lot of time looking over the bike. Also was trying to help fix a dropper post that I needed to get looked at under warranty elsewhere even thought I told him not to worry about it.

I've been to a few bike stores before and most don't give you the time of day unless you've bought the bike from them. Will definitely be coming back to support this local business.

Nick was as always dependable and quick to suggest best sized frame and explain differences between models.
Fitted some essential accessories and out the door with yet another new bike within a few minutes after custom adjustment to suit his riding style and leg length....

Nick the owner, is very helpful, very friendly yet still Professional. I can't speak too highly of his attitude, I purchased a GT from The Pedal Patch and recently had the first year service. Nick certainly knows how to tune a bike. I would recommend him to anyone who wishes to buy a bike, having a local shop/service of this kind and qualitity is invaluable.

Really enjoy going into Pedal Patch, the owner is always happy to go the extra mile for his customers as can be seen by all the positive reviews. Have purchased a bike here, gotten repairs and parts. Prices are reasonable and gotta love supporting local businesses, especially when they're as helpful and friendly as here.

Walked in and spoke with Nick. he spent well over 1hr with me explaining all the bikes he has and answering every question I had and I must say I had asked some over and over again.

Its great to have a professional bike shop owner that repairs any bikes, has an amazing range of beginner to professional bikes for all ages and an impressive range of accessories. I recommend anyone looking to buy a bike for themselves or for a family members, to get down to the bike store Pedal Patch in Panania. I bought an awesome next-gen suspension Mountain Bike for just under $1900. The owner offered me a reduced price on a bike that originally was not in my budget, he reduced the price by over $200 and even added some safety wear and lights for night riding. He even spent an additional two hours outside his closing time to ensure i get the best experience from my new bike. he briefed me on local tracks, the road rules for both electric and standard bikes, and to top it off he made the effort to introduce me to a local bike riding group which i have now been a member of for over 3 months. I've met some great opened people in the group and i now know all the coolest tracks in our local area. (Menai, Heathcoat, Lansvale, Revesby, East-Hills, and Holsworthy to name a few.) Thanks again for delivering on all your promises and always being transparent, honesty, and support you have provided, Its such a great ongoing service you have offered me by always keeping your doors opened to me to ask any questions as my experience increases. Great friendly service. I dropped in to replace a tyre and buy a new rear usb chargable light. They offerred to fit the tyre so I also bought a new saddle and had that fitted as well. They were obviously very busy but they fitted me in. An excellent local bike shop. I'll be back.
