Optimal Pharmacy+ Coolbellup

Great responsible service. Able to source my unusual and complex needs, or at least refer me to someone who can in those rare times they can't. I also trust and value their advice - always taking the time to make sure I'm informed when medications change or I'm considering something new.

Thankyou to Jaime, he helped us yesterday in regards to my daughter, he spent the time talking to us with our concerns and his recommendations has worked already! It’s a shame we don’t live locally, however we are in Coolbelup quite frequently and will be coming to see him if we ever need help again!

This pharmacy is outstanding for their level of customer service and friendliness. Debbie is fantastic; she listens, always gives great advice, and if they don't have something in stock she will find a way to make it happen. They make it so easy.

Fantastic pharmacy. We have a special needs child with multiple medications and ever-changing complex needs.
Everyone has always made us feel calm in the middle of a medical nightmare and always taken the very best care of us as a family unit.
My inlaws have now moved to the cooby pharmacy and couldn't be happier.
They always make us feel like family and even though they are always busy and juggling a million things they all have the best attitudes.
You can nip in with sunburn, a broken toe or be post surgery and be treated with care and respect at any hour.

This is a great pharmacy. All the staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. Even though I no longer live in the neighbourhood I still go out of my way to go to this chemist. Solid 5 🌟 from me.

Outstanding level of professionalism, balanced with genuine care, friendly and attentive service, very supportive and offer their time and extensive amount of knowledge to everyone equally, with the same level of kindness and dedication.

I would still visit Jamie, Aileen and Debbie and all of their staff, even if I was no longer a local, as they build real relationships with their Clientel, and have been pivotal in helping me many the various and often complicated issues with my health.
Coolbellup is considered a low socio-economic suburb, with the stigma that goes with it, but once inside those pharmacy doors, everyone is made to feel equal, important and cared for.
A superb team, their particular branch is made great purely by the dedicated and very hard working staff who are there, day to day.

Always experience good customer service here and solid selection as well. When my allergies were ruining my life, the staff directed me to some new products that made a sizable difference in my quality of life during spring!!

I got stung by a bee while visiting my son in Coolbellup.. I have a "moderate" allergy so went to the pharmacy immediately .. how amazingly helpful they were.. including ensuring I took antihistamines immediately in the store .. and yes they brought me water.. very impressed and they are so lovely.. thankyou ladies.. this reaction was much reduced thanks to your care ..

The staff are so helpful and the prices in many items are great compared with the big places.

Really impressed with these guys. They went the extra mile to help me get hold of a product I was after. I spoke to Adam at the Coolbellup store and he phoned around to hold of what I wanted from another store.
