Taking Covid test and the queue was super long. However, the guy who’s trying to direct cars was very helpful answering our questions, letting us know the queue might take at least one hour. Some cars don’t know the road situation and he was very eager to direct them. He’s very polite and can tell he’s doing his best trying to manage the long queue and keep it in order with gentle attitude and smile on his face. Under a very hot sun without any water.
As we were waiting, there’s a lady got out
of her car and trying to argue something with the man, even trying to direct other cars to go through. Not sure what they were talking about but I found it’s really disrespectful to the worker as they are trying so hard to manage so we could all get test. She later on took her phone out filming the guy which is not very helpful for the car queue either. Wrote this down hopefully remind all of us to have some empathy and respect for those people serving at front line during Covid.

Very quick and easy service here. I was so hopeless yesterday after visiting Laverty Pathology at Myhealth medical centre inside Macquarie shopping centre. The nurse (and her bosses) did not understand my doctor referral letter, had no clue what to do and simply sent me home after an hour of waiting. But thanks to the nurse at this different branch of Laverty, I regain some faith in the medical system...

I didnt have any issues doing a covid test on a weekday 2pm. I got results 4hrs after my test. Super efficient service. The sample collector was also really friendly and helpful. The process with simple, easy and quick. Thankfully my test result was negative.

Laverty Covid Testing is very professional, excellent service and faster results than other places, except four months ago.

There was a high demand a few months back though more recently a very short wait time and friendly team.

My family and I have had a few tests done and no issues.

I went to get a Covid test this morning at 9.20am at the North Ryde site, waited until about 10.30am in the line because it was so busy and all the while I was a bit worried because of the bad reviews Laverty has gotten here. The attendant said it might take 72 hours to get results, but I received them just then at 9pm. Negative and I’m very happy that it only took ~11 hours for results considering the line backed up all the way down the street. Thanks Laverty team!

Free Covid PCR test completed within 40min of opening time. There was a queue but it moved at a reasonable pace.
The nurse who took our swab was very nice.
Results received by 5:30pm the same day.
Would not hesitate to visit again.

Third time using this place for testing to travel overseas.
Easy to book and no appointment so might have to queue.
Results normally within 24hrs and gone my result the same day and just over 2hrs.
Went today (Fri 7th Jan) and maybe 20 cars in queue but out in 15mins
No queue when left but they weren’t accepting walk-ins at the time (2 people turned away)

My first COVID test today. The staff were very polite, gave me high direction, checked my details with me thoroughly and were gentle with my swabs.

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.

Quick and contact free forms. Healius tech used with QR codes means better sample tracking, minimum data entry and high sample turnover. Been here 7 times and only needed to fill in manual forms once. Douglas path was still on pen and paper with sample collectors touching forms, pens and samples with the same gloved hands. Results came back mostly within 48 hrs depending on queue but never a non response which my sister encountered at Douglas.

I just walked in for a Covid test. I've been to this site about 5 times since 2020. Swab was very quick and gentle. I got my result within 5hours and the test included Covid & Influenza, RSV and etc.

I cannot fault the services of the Laverty COVID drive-through testing centre here. Each time I've been for a test, there have been plenty of staff available to do the testing, almost no wait time in the car park, and results back within the day. We're lucky to have this service at North Ryde.

Had my past 3 Covid tests here. I didn't have to queue long. The longest I waited to be attended was 5mins (maybe less). I might have visited at off peak times in all visits. Staff are friendly and careful. Procedure is less discomfort than from other testing centre I visited.

Have had several COVID-19 tests here and constantly amazed with the efficiency and service. Staff are lovely and tests results are always back within 4-8 hours. It makes getting a test a simple and easy experience.

With a child in primary school and another one in day care, we lost count on the number of Covid tests we had to take. Taking the girls to the drive through covid test at Laverty Pathology has always been a very simple and stress free experience. All the staffs we met have been very friendly and good with my kids. The best part is that I always received my results in less than 12 hours. Thank you for doing such a good job and making these tests so easy for us.

I am writing this review with details I wish I knew and were looking for. I got tested at Laverty on the 27th December (a public holiday), and it was either this testing centre or the one on epping road (douglas hanly moir). I drove by at 7am, and the Douglas Hanly Moir centre's line was ridiculously long- all the way down epping road. So I went to Laverty instead. I got in line at 7, although it doesn't open until 8am. The line was already around the corner, down the road, but not as long as Douglas Hanly Moir. Once it was 8am and the testing centre was open, the line progressed, slowly but steadily. They use a QR code system for personal info which makes the process quicker and smoother. I got tested at 10am (3 hr wait), and the test was quick, smooth and as comfortable as it could be. I also saw there were walk in testing available from the back, if you don't have car access to get tested. Hope this helps!

I took my partner here for her blood test, she's extremely scared of needles and so was dreading the appointment. The staff here went so far out of their way to make her feel comfortable and put her at ease. They offered her water, had her lie down for a bit before taking blood and were extremely reassuring and kind the whole time. Could not have made things any easier. Thank you so much.

The drive through Covid test queue was quick on a mid Monday morning. The lady was very gentle and quick with my 10 month old. My little one didn’t even cry.

Your frontline staff is always helpful and polite. Easy access, no long wait. Good communication on SMS. 4 tests done recently. All results came back under 8hrs. Thank you very much for all your hard work!

Attended here for a drive-through COVID test in May 2021. Well signed, courteous staff, quick and easy process. Results back in 9 hours.

My 1st time being tested and couldn’t of gone any better. The staff are polite and professional.
I was in and out in 10 minutes. My result was texted to me in less than 8 hours. Highly recommend
