I worked with the Precise team for almost 6 years at LWB Brookvale. The team are all great to work with and super helpful. They are welcoming and have good administration systems. They are quick to act if you need anything. The building is environmentally friendly and unique, in a fabulous location, really great to work in and is well maintained. I would work there and with the Precise team again in a heartbeat.

Nearly 12 months ago our strata appointed Precise Property to manage our Strata with Sally Reeves acting Strata Manager. Serving on the Committee for 14 years, I cannot speak more highly of Sally. Her quick response to emails, knowledge and advice on strata matters is excellent. She is polite and professional to deal with. I cannot speak more highly of her and the service from Precise Property.

I recently purchased a property overseen by Precise Property and found that the plumbing system was in desperate need of repairs as we couldn't reliably use the toilet. Thanks to the quick actions and genuine care shown by our Strata manager Olivia, the situation has been resolved with minimal stress, and now we have a working toilet for Christmas. Couldn't be any more satisfied with the support we received!

We currently use Precise Property as our Strata Manager for my unit block and I also have an office that we rent through them too. Their communication is great and I always get a response in the same day. They are always very friendly and knowledgeable and I would highly recommend them from both an owner and tenant perspective!

I would like to add a comment to Precise Property and in special to Sally Reeves which is our Strata Manager. Since they started managing our complex located on 93-99 South Creek Rd, Dee Why, 2099, they have been fantastic, so proactive and always ready to assist. Sally is extremely proactive and efficient. Every now and then, but rarely, do you come across such exceptional and caring service as that offered by Precise Property and Robert Bakker. Robert went well beyond what was expected of him to look after all parties involved and left no stone unturned. I would highly recommend Robert and Precise Property if you want to be totally looked after and cared for like you really matter. I have been in this area of practice for over 25 years and I have not come across a better agent.

Having dealt with multiple strata managers over 15 years, both as a unit owner and a strata committee member, I can say unreservedly, Precise Property is streets ahead of any of the others we've used. They are helpful, friendly, pro-active and thorough. I never need to follow up on requests and they are always able to propose a solution to any problem that arises. I can't recommend Precise Property highly enough.

Precise have been our strata managers for the past 4 years or so. Initially we weren't happy with the manager who was assigned to us, so then we were assigned to Jarrod's portfolio. Since that change we've been happy with Precise and find them to be responsive, professional and attentive. We are a very large complex of units, so we must keep them busy, but they seem to be able to service this large account. Like any organisation, they have made some mistakes, but compared to the complaints I hear about a lot of Strata managers I think Precise is one of the better ones.
