Turramurra Music Centre

An icon of a store in Sydney yet so far away from me in the inner city. Their website is expansive so I made the trip and long n' behold here I am!
I finally made it over the bridge and all the bush that the North has in Sydney and for what its worth the experience was value for money. Not only did I get what I wanted but their reputation as a Music Centre really is one for everyone. From drums to brass to bass they have it in store. Plenty of staff on hand to guide what's available.

Wow is all I can say. I was looking for a wireless microphone system that was sold out everywhere - called these guys and they were super helpful on the phone. They tracked one down for me, express shipped it and I had it in my hands across the country a few days later, just in time for our production. Expert service end to end, can't recommend them enough!

I now live in Melbourne and still buy from Turramurra Music. Why? Because the service is next level great! Staff are always friendly and super knowledgeable, and they are genuinely happy to help - every time.

Absolutely super impressed with the place. Awesome collection and really friendly staff who listen to you and understand your needs rather than pushing random products. Ben, Mitch and Teddy in AV were just simply amazing. Great experience. Can't recommend highly enough.

This is one of the best guitar stores I've ever been to. Can't recommend it enough. Very good price for very good products and very friendly staff. I see myself getting everything I need from there for my guitar equipment and my brothers keyboard equipment. 10/10

Had my guitar serviced / repaired by the repairs team, they did an excellent job at a very reasonable price - far more reasonable than any other music store around. For those having issues with their guitar or require setups, I would strongly recommend.

I just bought a Gibson J45 Studio from Turramurra Music and the service was just too good for me to not write a review. Matt New was the salesman that went beyond the call of duty for me.
I live remotely and couldn't make the trip down to Sydney myself...
Matt took the time to send me plenty of pics and videos/sound bites of the 2 or 3 guitars I was contemplating and backed it up with a phone call to give his experienced opinion on the sound and playability of each guitar. Thanks so much Matt and the team ! You made this too easy !

Strongly recommend this store, they were very helpful and knowledgeable. I wanted to buy a synth and they helped me through the entire process as well as gave useful advice and listened to my use case instead of just pushing a random product on me. Strong recommendation to anyone looking to purchase an instrument or accessory. Will be returning for all future purchases.

I was contacted because Yamaha issued a recall for a potentially defective item that I had bought from Turramusic. I seemed unable to lodge the replacement request online as per instructions, so I responded to the email from Turramusic asking for help. A fantastic bloke (James) did it all for me, in a matter of minutes. All organised, I didn't have to do anything. What a brilliant example of customer service. Thanks James!!

I was looking for a Bass amp that would replace my old Fender Rumble 75 bass amp.
I visited different online stores, but I found a better deal in Turramurra Music Centre. This place is not new to me since I bought few stuff from them.
I called them, I got the price I want, then I paid the amp.

The great thing is, Matt sent me the amp with free postage through Express post.

Fender Rumble Studio 40 Bass amp.
Its a digital with wifi and Bluetooth connection to my phone with 200 editable presets, and fantastic sound.

Not only that it is a beautiful amp, it is also very light weighing 9kg box. Almost similar weight to my Fender Jazz bass guitar.
I love this amp.

Although Turramurra music forgot to include a Power lead cable with the amp, they rectified the issue by sending me a new power cable after 2 days.

Orin in tech support went above and beyond in solving my problem re-installing Kontakt and other sample libraries after a HDD upgrade. His extensive knowledge, and patience working with me via Team Viewer are much appreciated! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Purchased an Adam Jones Art collection Epiphone guitar. Only 15 available in Australia and Matt helped me secure one. Good communication all the way and got it safely up to North Queensland. Will be contacting you next time for sure!!

I have recently dealt with Rod and Katy from Turramurra Music, a fantastic music store in Turramurra. Both of these people were extremely helpful in helping me choose the gear I was after. They are both extremely knowledgeable about the products they are responsible for in store. They were also patient with me and demonstrated a high level of professionalism. I'm very thankful for the pleasant experience. I'll be back, highly recommend.

Great store! Went in earlier this week to buy a guitar but after bringing it home for a week decided the tone wasn't right for me. They were very helpful allowing me to come in and exchange it for a better fit where I ended up with this fantastic mexican strat. Very friendly staff :)

Perfect shop for musicians. A great range of instrument selections. From Turramurra station, its just a 3 minute walk. Staff are really friendly and accommodating. I bought my very first synthesizer here ,a Yamaha Reface DX.
