Had surgery here a few days ago and it was the best possible experience. The admin staff were lovely and the nurses were all so caring and sweet. I felt very looked after the whole process

I recently had surgery at the Warringah Day Surgery and there is not one bad thing I can say about my experience. All the staff were informative, calm and caring... especially the nurses. The nurses were amazing and took very good care of me.

I recently had surgery at the Warringah Day Surgery and I cannot speak highly enough of the nurses who took care of me. From the moment I arrived, Jules put me at ease with her kind and friendly demeanor. She took the time to explain everything to me in detail and made sure I was comfortable throughout my stay.
Throughout the procedure, Nathan was attentive and reassuring, and his expertise and professionalism were evident in everything he did.
June and Claire went above and beyond to make sure that I had everything I needed and that my recovery was as smooth as possible.

Thank you to the nursing and administration staff, and specialists, at the Day Surgery for their care during my procedure yesterday. The process was seamless and easy. I was impressed with the high level of professional care and concern, friendliness and happy environment. I felt completely comfortable throughout the whole process.

Today was my first visit to Warringah Day Surgery and wow - the care, professionalism and comfort! (And I have been having a colonoscopy every 4-5 years so have many points of comparison on where I have had the procedure.) Warringah Day Surgery is sensational - best of the best.

I was warmly welcomed at 10:30am at reception by Jenny who made my checkin seamless and quick. Next up was Lauren who took me through and got me prepped for the procedure (gown, hairnet) - she was a delight and patient as we walked through the pre-op Q&A. And when she took me through to the bed, I mentioned I would shut my eyes and she thoughtfully went and found where to turn off the overhead light - superb - thoughtful and kind. I should mention the bed was warm, as was the blanket (awesome).

All of the areas are sanitized and spotlessly clean (which is quite a change vs the private and public hospitals I've been in before for this procedure).

The anaesthetist Tony was professional and efficient, explaining as he went about his work what he was doing. I felt really confident with him. The great thing about Warringah Day Surgery is they have a pre-procedure check (performed by Nathan) to make sure I was "who I was" and the procedure was the one I thought I was getting - great check step. And my gastroenterologist, Jeffery Tu, known as the "best in the business" in Sydney was superb - great bedside manner and explained post procedure what he'd found and the next steps.

Post procedure I was cared for by Megs and Jules who were attentive, caring and ensured I was fed and watered (chicken avo sandwich, Tim Tam, Cheese and a couple of cups of tea - served hot). Just amazing care.

I believe the previous reviews and ratings were when Warringah Day Surgery was owned by another provider. It's now owned by Montserrat Group of Day Hospitals. Sensational ! Just wonderful care.

(And, my call two days before arrival was also excellent and thorough - though I can't remember the gentleman's name who spoke to me.)

Great experience. I had my wisdom teeth removed here and the staff were exceptionally kind and caring and I could not have asked for a smoother process and procedure

Highly recommend this place. State of the art. Parking in the building. Mum had her cataract surgery here. Straightforward procedure. Professional. Long established.

Amazing service today. My nurse Angie was an absolute delight so helpful and caring. All the nurses were very nice and caring.

Lovely caring nursing staff and very efficient

Yes there was a wait but that is pretty standard for operations, I guess it is hard to predict how much time each patent will take until they look inside.
I was extremely nervous and I felt supported from the minute I got there at reception, anethatist was so informative and the nurses were happy to answer any of my questions and calm me down - recovery again they were so sweet and kind.

I would recommend this venue - hopefully I won't have to got back anytime soon though!

Apparently you can make bookings now. They estimated a 3 hour waiting time for walk-ins on Monday 23rd Sept at 630pm.

Very clean and well kept facility.

It was an alright place. Different people might have different experiences but for me it was alright. Paid parking available.

Aside from the cleanliness of the place, it's pretty disorganised for place that is in a wealthy area, and very frustrating most of the time waiting for the doctor, had an appointment to get a heart beat monitor thinking it was all ready and all I had to do was go there pick it up thats it, mind you i also live an hour away from this place (got recommended by friends to come here), i get there and they don't have the machine....apparently they lent it to someone else the day before and the person still hadn't returned it on the due time he was meant to...so they conveniently didn't give me a call or any type of communication to inform me that "Look we don't have it here today we will notify when it arrives" by then it was too late and i had already wasted my time and money and everything in between, and also why don't they have more machines for a place where so many people go??? It makes no sense, if you guys can, go to another place that has a good rating unlike this place where they don't really care except for your money, oh and did i mention they don't accept private health insurance if you don't have medicare? Yeah and they charge a good amount to show it too.... find another place with much better service and rating, anywhere other than this place
