Coco & Lola

Had a wonderful shopping experience at Coco & Lola in Manly on the morning of my 40th Birthday Party. I had an outfit planned but wasn't quite happy with it. I went into Coco & Lola to have a look and the staff were incredible. They pulled out some dresses that I wouldn't normally look at on the rack but ended up looking great on. I was spoilt for choice and walked out with a dress that I loved and felt very comfortable in. I really enjoyed my shopping experience with Ellie, Casey and Juliet. Will definitely shop at Coco & Lola again!

I had a fabulous experience shopping with the incredibly helpful assistants at the Manly store this week. They brought me a huge selection of dresses to try and gave honest feedback. I love the dress we picked out and will enjoy wearing it all summer. Thank you! xx

Manly, what a lovely store. I went in there today to find my hens outfit. I tried on so many dresses and the girls were so helpful bringing me different sizes and different options. They went above and beyond for me today. An extra big thank you to Lilly, you were awesome.

Such a lovely shop. I was looking for a dress for a wedding and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Ended up loving a dress that I never would have picked on my own. Beautiful selection of dresses!

My wife went today to the Manly store. The service was amazing, and she ended up picking a dress she would never have bought originally but you could tell the staff knew what they were talking about ( especially Natascha). Very happy customer!

Lanie from your manly store is one of the most helpful and friendly girls I’ve ever come across! My mum and I are Manly locals and regulars at your new Manly store!! Every occasion we have been in, the store is looking beautiful with all the latest and greatest, and Lanie always goes above and beyond for us (and everyone else). She never rushes us, and helps us find the perfect dress for every occasion. Recently, she helped my mum find her perfect birthday dress and me a perfect dress for a black tie wedding. I visited the Coco and Lola Manly on Saturday and I was so astounded by the experience. The four girls were so friendly and helpful. I will definitely be coming back to visit this incredible store.

The girls also shared that all the brands are Australian Designers. Wow ! what a great display of Aussie talent.

Darcey from the Manly store went above and beyond to track down the skirt I wanted for my hens party. I left it all to the last minute and couldn't be more thankful. When I picked up the skirt there was a lovely personalised note in there, which was such a lovely touch. Amazing customer service! Thank you Darcey xx

I popped in this morning looking for a formal dress and everyone in the team was awesome. The lovely lady helping me bought me lots of dresses to try on and organised all the sizing. Honestly one of the best retail experiences I have had. Definitely the perfect place to go if you are looking for something to wear for a special occasion.

This store has the most beautiful clothes but the customer service is appalling.
I went into the store today and there were three sales women who were taking pictures of each other in mirrors. I got a hello from one of them but that is where the device ended.
As I was wondering around the store, compiling a selection of dresses I was not attended to once, nor was I when I was trying these pieces. I left the store wanting to purchase a lovely dress but after the price that I am expected to pay and with terrible service, I took a picture of the tag and will be purchasing elsewhere.
