Kay has been our wonderful vet for 18 years and I cannot recommend her highly enough. Her dedication and expertise are second to none and she kept our first dog Max alive for many years despite his heart condition. Now Teddy has the benefit of her skills.

Aunty Kay is the best vet I've ever experienced with all the pets I and my parents have had. Her knowledge, dedication to, and care for the animals is abundantly clear. At this point I wouldn't want my two cats to see anyone else. The Vet Nurses here are also incredible. Everyone gives advice happily and I ask for a lot of it! My Dobby had a life-threatening condition when I was told about Kay and brought him to her 2.5 years ago, and he's now thriving. The sense of community at this clinic is also a huge bonus, with birthday and Christmas parties each year for the famous clinic cat Fifi.

I rarely leave reviews but honestly Kay is a lovely vet who goes out of her way to help owners and pest alike. I was a student and a new dog owner and she has always been my first line of contact whenever I've needed help. Whenever I contact her, Kay and her team have always helped with a smile on their faces!

I've been seeing Kay since before she opened this clinic - and followed her from another vet practice because she was so great. All the staff are super friendly and caring, and Kay does a great job explaining medical problems, and all of the treatment options so I always feel like I'm making a well-informed decision. I also rescue and rehab injured wildlife and they are very helpful and caring here with injured native animals. I would recommend this vet to everyone.

Kay and all her staff are absolutely terrific :) They are passionate about animals and Kay has been absolutely invaluable in helping us with our pets' health. She also understands what vital members of the family animals are, and was a great support when we found a rescue pup we wanted to integrate into our household. The result - a dog everyone absolutely adores (even the husband who didnt want one).

Kay and team have looked after us through 4 darling pets, now departed from old age (largely due to great vet care!) and 4 current pets, alive and very well. We simply know of no other vet practice who would care more, be more skilled, more patient and flexible, remember every back story and walk with us at every step. Kay and team have laughed and cried with us all the way. They are not just highly recommended, they are (literally at times) life savers! If you choose Sydney Road Vets, you become like one of the family.

I have switched vets recently & are just so happy with Kay & the team at Sydney Rd Vets. She has a great affinity for the animals & you can tell she really loves them. Kay never rushes you through the appointment & goes above & beyond with the care of my 2 Tonkinese cats Leo & Cocoa. I could hang around that place all day comparing pics & just talking to her. She's the best vet in town & we're in for the long haul!

You won't find a more dedicated or talented vet than Kay. She always goes above and beyond the usual remit and will move heaven and earth to get the best outcome for your pet. She is extremely knowledgeable but also has a network of Australia's best specialists when further input is needed. All of this came in to play when she saved the life of my beloved labradoodle who will hopefully now live to a ripe old age thanks to Kay's diligence, persistence and skill. You can't get a better recommendation than that!

Aunty Kay is always responsive and obviously cares about the animals that need her. My little dog Kevin is treated like one of the family and I know he’s in safe hands. Can’t recommend AK and the team enough. I trust them so much I’m still going back despite moving away to the Inner West!!!
