99 Bikes Artarmon

Enormously helpful and ultra convenient is 99 Bikes. Went and got a new bottom bracket cartridge to fit to a 25 year old Frankenstein mountain bike from the workshop staff. They have a wealth of knowledge and are very friendly . Get to 99 at Artarmon now , they are hard to beat.

I visited today and was welcomed into the 99 Bikes family with a new membership. I bought a lock, front and rear lights, a water bottle, and a bottle cage. The best part is the off-street under cover parking. The team member who served me was very friendly and knowledgeable of the products for sale. I would recommend 99 Bike for those who want to get good old fashioned customer service.

Needed a fix quickly for my Scultura SRAM with a bent hanger and associated gear adjustment. I went to my regular LBS (99 Bikes Artarmon) who were able to squeeze me into their schedule. All sorted out in a couple of hours. Appreciate your good work (as always) and fitting me into your tight schedule

Fantastic friendly service team. Had a chat to Charlie today who not only fixed a squeaky disc brake on my daughters bike but went out of his way and took the time to talk me through what was going on and tips on how to care for the bike.

Laina was very knowledgeable and helpful, and was able to answer all our questions (and we had a lot of questions as first time bicycle buyers). Great shopping experience overall.

I'm a repeat customer for inshore purchases but had never had my prize possession bike serviced there before. I was able to select a suitable date for servicing online and was then followed up with a request to find out more about the bike to prepare for the service as they wanted to get any parts in prior to the service too minimise delays. This was done, parts ordered and when ready, had the bike serviced. They completed it in a day and did a fantastic job. I'm very happy with the quality of the work done on the service and will continue to be a repeat customer.

Very easy and straight to the point. Glad we visited them. Yes paid a bit extra then online but the job was done in 30min with customisation etc etc.

With some trepidation I took my nice full suspension MTB to 99 bikes for a service and conversion to Tubeless. They did an excellent job of servicing the bike. And the conversion. It was a great process with clear communication and reasonable pricing. I will definitely be taking it back here. As the service personnel were very helpful.

After having my car break down in the shell parking lot next door, the 99 bikes workshop team supplied me with borrowed tools and the nut and bolt necessary to get me back on the road. Wish I could give 10 stars.

Went to 99 bikes at Artemon wanting a wahoo kicker for my 2005 Merida bike armed with no information except the brand and they went out of their way to help. They searched the internet, found want I needed, installed the correct cassette and were just really friendly and helpful the whole time. Highly recommend going here if you need help with your bike. 👍

Great customer service from sales manager Rob who took time to show different bikes before I finally chose one that fitted well into my budget. Alex the workshop manager then helped find solution to some modifications I needed, giving me a great overall purchase experience. All staff at 99Bikes Artarmon are amazing! So polite and friendly with a wealth of information. Lewis helped me diagnose my bike problems and not break my bank. His colleague (tall male) has always been really helpful with my boke problems on at least 4 separate occasions without me needing to sell a kidney. Thanks Lewis and also your very tall colleague in the workshop. You're awesome!

The sales rep Jervis was outstanding, so knowledgeable and helpful. He spent time explaining the different characteristics of the cycling shoes I was considering and what would suit my purposes best. Also helpful in installing the cleats explaining how to line them up to get the best use for the type of cycling I planned to do. Great experience.

Juan R from Colombia was a great assistant and took real care to set up the bike correctly for me. The service team have also been exceptional in the past with my other bike, fixing it easily when other outlets could not.

This is pretty much my local shop and the place to go to for whatever bike related stuff that I might need. Staff is most of the time super friendly and helpful, not being bothered of going out their way to make sure you leave the store with exactly what you needed. Last time I took my bike for the first free service which was over by a week from the warranty, but the staff just got it done and the bike was ready the day after. I found that awesome and will be definitely keep coming back. 5 Stars.
