I ordered Callebaut chocolates online and I was able to go pick them up the same day. Great customer service very easy to locate building.

Quality customer service,,,,even after I pulled a Karen on them with attitude, because I got confused. I was emailed to warn me of a heat wave and whether I needed my order urgently, or whether I'd prefer waiting.....great options given to me. But I got it wrong and thought my order was being held for other reasons.
Great succinct customer service helped clarify the misunderstanding in less than a minute. I'm so sorry for my rudeness.

Staff at the warehouse are very friendly and helpful! They made sure to show me a variety of balloons and chocolates for my birthday set up, which ended up looking amazing! Their custom cake toppers look gorgeous and are great quality. I later came back to purchase a variety of personalised Christmas ornaments (wish I got photos of them all) which everyone loved! My go-to for all events.

Very happy with Candy Bar Sydney! Our name cutout was amazing! I painted it white to meet our theme and it came up beautifully. Absolutely loved it and now its hanging in our house :) Their service was seamless and easy. Couldn't recommend enough

I wanted to get my grandfather a personalised mat in Greek and Candy Bar delivered beyond expectations! The team were very helpful from the beginning, showing me all the different types of fonts available. They also delivered so quickly despite me changing my mind heaps of times. Would definitely recommend :)

It’s a relatively small warehouse, but has such a wide variety of candy, chocolate and party supplies that it’s a fun trip to take with the family and gets the kids entertained. 5/5 stars I’ll definitely come again!

Did a last minute order for the wooden name cards, and they were able to do a rush order for us. The wooden names came out so beautiful and they were such good quality. The price was so reasonable also. Such a great idea for a bonbonniere. Would recommend Candy Bar Sydney to anyone. Excellent customer service also, they were so easy to deal with!

My 5 year old daughter decided that the only gift acceptable to send her father for his birthday was a Piñata filled with candy. He is in Sydney and we are in Toronto, Canada, which made it not so easy since most piñatas require that you set them up yourself. I found Candy Bar Sydney online and from the moment I reached out Kathryn was responsive and so super helpful! She stuffed the piñata for us, ensured it was filled with a great assortment of yummy candy AND included a note for us! Not to mention the super on time delivery! I can't wait until COVID is over and we can visit in person and get some of her amazing candy assortment! Grateful for amazing people and businesses during this very difficult time!

My son and I decided to go to get Takis without calling and unfortunately they didn't have them in stock but wow... what an amazing shop and lovely lady that helped and served us. My son found other things that he only dreamt about. We will definitely be going back.

Best in the business! Needed a cake topper for my wedding cake in the same week. I was able to purchase it online and pick it up within a few days. The service was great and the cake topper looked exactly like it did online. I’ll be returning again soon :)

My goal was to source candy based items for a range of upmarket gourmet milkshakes for our business. Candy Bar had more range and options than i could have imagined. I dealt predominantly with Sally who oversaw my selection of product, dealt with availability and transport. Pricing was wonderful. The delivery was speedy and efficient without breakage or damage. Even up to this morning when i received a courtesy call to check that my order had arrived to my satisfaction (it exceeded) by Sally. I felt she had a "hands on" approach all the way as if my order was the most important order there was. I am sure all Candy Bars` customers would have experienced that level of service and have that feeling. it appears to be just what they do and they do it well. Couldn`t recommend Candy Bar any more strongly as a supplier. Again a big thank you to Candy Bar and especially Sally for their excellent service and product.

Great service. After I placed the order, they realised they were out of the treat bags I wanted. The team called me and walked me through the next best options, but by the time the order got processed I was nervous my order wouldn't arrive in time. The order came within two days from Sydney up to the Gold Coast - thanks for getting this out so quickly guys!
