STRATA PARTNERS

Our building (39 units), on the lower north shore, began it's affiliation with Strata Partners circa 2000. Rex Cummins was the strata manager he retired in 2018. In 2012, under his auspices (ably assisted by his assistant Paula Lacy), we confronted any issues the building had. Levies (with the acceptance of investors - approximately 70% of ownership) were increased, along with 3 special levies raised to waterproof the roof, paint and re gutter and refurbish the lift. The building went on sale in 1970, 50 years ago, we have not raised levies in the last 8 years. Our building is well managed is in sound financial position with no major expenditure envisioned in the next 5 years.

Over the last 2 years, Mathew Miller (assisted by the ever efficient Paula) has continued this positive management ship with sound advice and mentoring.

Talking to many other strata chairs and committees, we do not have their problems.

All the above has been achieved through the stable and sensible management and guidance from Rex, Mathew and Paula and the great team from Strata Partners.

Strata Partners are a very professional, capable and amiable company to work with. We have been with them for a number of years now and have not regretted switching to them from our previous agents for a moment. They address all issues promptly and reply to emails and phone calls within a very reasonable time. They show initiative and provide sound advice.

Emily is the most efficient Manager to deal with. Her communication skills are outstanding and as an owner I have always had confidence in her Strata managerial work.

All her emails are responded in a prompt manner, and she has also communicated with immediate telephone calls if a matter is urgent.

Our building complex will greatly miss Emily's strong work ethics.
Any company would benefit greatly in engaging Emily as a most dependable employee.

As a committee member of a 33 unit building on the lower north shore, I am sorry to hear that Emily Morgan is leaving Strata Partners. She has been our main contact and responds quickly with professionalism and good humour. She is readily available and must be of great assistance to Matthew Miller, our Strata Manager, who is equally professional and responsive. Both Matthew and Emily have assisted us greatly.
Emily will be missed and I wish her much success going forward.

I am Secretary of a strata committee in a large, older style building on Sydney’s north shore, and I cannot recommend more highly the amazing team at Strata Partners, Glenn and Karen. I have worked closely with them both for many years now and they are absolutely fantastic.

In my view, Glenn is the perfect Strata Manager - unwaveringly calm, knowledgeable, diplomatic, fair and accessible. He is also extremely experienced and is always there when you need him. In my experience, he to has always provided us with the right advice and support whenever we needed him and has been able to effectively resolve whatever the difficulties may have arisen in the building (and he is excellent in a crisis!).

Karen is equally impressive. She is an absolute legend, really, and the holy grail for a strata secretaries. Her wealth of experience means she always knows the best and most trustworthy people to call. She is smart, efficient, experienced, and dedicated.

In summary, my experience with Glenn & Karen at Strata Partners has been excellent, and no matter how crazy and complex our strata building problem, they always seem to have the answer. We feel genuinely lucky to have found them for our building, and have no hesitation in recommending them to any other committees who are looking for a really great building management team!

I’ve used Strata Partners at two properties I’ve lived at over the past 15 years. Our previous Manager retired a year or two ago and Matthew Miller has taken over managing our building. I mention this because the changeover was seamless as they have a really good team of support staff who provide excellent continuity of service. I’m the main point of contact with them so I know what I’m talking about.

I’ve had other Management Companies and have terminated two of them due to poor service. Strata Partners are a professional outfit who are easy to deal with and get things done.
